There's a coordinated effort by the DRC's government to try and put the blame on Kigali's government for the lack of security, economic struggle, and rampant corruption that are wreaking havoc in the heart of the country and leaving civilians with acute poverty. It is orchestrated in order to ensure that the population does not pay attention, focus on internal sources of the actual problems which in fact is poor Kinshasa governance that promotes ethnic divisions. Rwandans lives are threatened in DRC and why would you risk your life? Rwandans lives are threatened in DRC and why would you risk your life? These are common practices that the Kinshasa government has failed repeatedly over the past two decades to address and they always use Rwanda as a scapegoat.
