Journalist seems to ignore that Rwandan diaspora in Europe is divided into pro and anti regime since 1994. In Belgium for example there Bars reserved for hutus. If these people threaten each other, how can this be on the account of the government of Rwanda? These people haven't followed reconciliation efforts that happened in Rwanda.
Reconciliation means acknowledging all wrongs. If those people can't get along outside the country it means that even inside the country they pretend.

Yet today Liberia is experiencing it's fourth election since the war and it's third transfer of power where as Rwanda has had one leader since it's civil strife conclusion. Today, Liberia is an economic basket case teeming with corruption and can be argued to be going backwards rather than forward, where as Rwanda is heralded for all the world to see how development can be achieve in Africa.
