Wrong, I am from the east and I can vouch that Laurent Nkunda and his successors of the CNDP and the m23 were the ones saving us while people were being attacked by the Mai Mai, FDLR, and the government army itself. I deeply dislike the media that puts them into the evil category, because in all realness, if you take your time to research, you’ll see the m23/afc celebrating and conversing with the community that they protect.
@@thedailycheckpointI was thinking similar thing, when you see m23 go through a village compared to the army you see the civilians more scared and almost stare at the soldiers as they march through compared to m23 as if they have something to fear, idk but you can get a lot from looking at a video.

This sickens me. All this unnecessary death and suffering laid upon people who never had a moment of peace and prosperity in their life. Africa has too much tribalism. Everyone wants to lead and while intensions are good most leaders, weather president or armed rebel leaders don't know how to negotiate or corporate
Well, Africa is a continent, of course there are many countries there, just like in the EU. There was war in Europe for a long time, and it took centuries for the EU to be so peaceful today. If Africa could form something like the EU, it would improve every country in Africa. But yes, China is also very interested in the resources that Africa offers. I think if there was no outside influence, they could come to an agreement.
It is true that where M23 controls they bring peace and civilians continue their daily life,it is only when the M23 fight with congolese army and militia that those civilians flee because bullets do not choose who to hit but other than that M23 there is peace where M23 controls, they are a professional army who is fighting for their rights to live on their land and peace where congolese army and militia will no more be killing them and their families.
You are already aware that neighboring countries support the M23 with modern weapons? Rwanda is quite interested in the raw materials, not in peace. Western countries condemn Rwanda for promoting war.

You can clearly see the difference between areas controlled by m23 and those controlled by congolese army and other rabel groups. There's actually organization and respect of citizens and no roadblocks in areas controlled by m23 but you can see the opposite on the other sides. I hope m23 prevails and gets to become a great and formidable region
The rwandaphone truly dominate the eastern region of drc. You see all of these guys from Kinshasa acting like they care about the people but it’s really just the minerals. The government of Kinshasa has never done anything good for the east
You are already aware that neighboring countries support the M23 with modern weapons? Rwanda is quite interested in the raw materials, not in peace. Western countries condemn Rwanda for promoting war.
The Kinshasa government has to stop lying to the Congolese people the real Rwandans are the Hutus who came in 1994 from that point on that’s when the situation got way worse in the east.
People are being told to vacate their ancestral lands by those who can not even pronounce the names of those lands - Who named Nyiragongo, Nyamuragira, Muremure, etc, the M23 arises from the need for a people to defend their homelands amid a clear effort to exterminate them. The next time anyone says that the Kinyarwanda speaking people of Eastern Congo are foreign to the land, ask them to explain why the valleys, hills, mountains, plains, rivers and lakes are named in Kinyarwanda. And I am not saying those lands belong to Rwanda, no they don't because the current borders were drawn that way without any regard for tribes who find themselves split between countries
You are already aware that neighboring countries support the M23 with modern weapons? Rwanda is quite interested in the raw materials, not in peace. Western countries condemn Rwanda for promoting war.
@@AcidGubba Yes I am well aware of that, the question is, why aren't more of them supporting M23? Haven't you taken time to consider their cause and the peace they bring to areas under their control? Do you know anything about our people and the history of our homeland? do you have any humanity in you? Will you raise your voice and condemn the violence against the Kinyarwanda speaking people of Congo? Does a condemnation by the so called western countries carry any more credibility than Kenya? Is it proper that the killers of Iraqi and Libyan children raise a finger at any one? What moral authority do the criminals who imprison Julian Assange for exposing their crimes have? I don't think you are in a position to know what Rwanda's interest is, no way, so your statement is baseless speculation. How about all the other countries which present in the DRC, will you speculate on their interest in DRC? Here is speculation from me, but it isn't baseless. Based on the development over the 20 years, if we had the organisation and leadership of Rwanda, we would be the envy of the world, we would have clean running water and electricity in every house, health insurance for every citizen, free education for all, roads connecting every city in the country, etc and most of all we would not have hate speech against any one, we would have peace and a clean country and no one would take anything from our country without due process and paying for it appropriately. But this is the reason no one wants Rwanda's support in Congo, you fear that seeing the spread of Kigali's cleanliness and that organised functional government spreading to other African countries.
The m23 are killing innocents for minerals under their soil and those who say other wise are Rwandans who support this movement because it feeds their survival. You do an interview with m23 and expect people around them to say they’re bad? Just ask yourselves where did they get the weapons? Why did they come through Uganda? Why is almost every m23 killed has Rwandan ID cards?

Simple let them agree and give north kivu to Rwanda cz bck then before the 1884 Berlin conference it was for Rwanda
Africa will never change, was, and always will be like this. And why...because they choose to be like this.
No... Neocolonism is behind all this they don't care about African lives Europe and America cause conflicts so they can steal the minerals and act like Samaritans in form of aid
When you talk about civilian dead because of conflict within hundred is a big numbers and six million is a genocide can't even imagine the suffering of the innocent at that time danng.
Thousands of years people live in Africa.....The first humans walked the Earth in Africa.....Yet here we are 2024 and still no effective sanitation system in city's and villages.......I have been in Africa a few times...I think it's just a lost case....A proper mess. No hope for a modern society....Wars, filth, poverty, misere....
I never knew Congolese speak Kiswahili
The Wars will be over Africa Unite
Colonialism did this 😢
No it didn’t wtf
You can clearly see the difference between areas controlled by m23 and those controlled by congolese army and other rabel groups. There's actually organization and respect of citizens and no roadblocks in areas controlled by m23 but you can see the opposite on the other sides. I hope m23 prevails and gets to become a great and formidable region
The rwandaphone truly dominate the eastern region of drc. You see all of these guys from Kinshasa acting like they care about the people but it’s really just the minerals. The government of Kinshasa has never done anything good for the east
We pray for the civilians
You are already aware that neighboring countries support the M23 with modern weapons? Rwanda is quite interested in the raw materials, not in peace. Western countries condemn Rwanda for promoting war.
@@AcidGubba even the congolese government itself. tshisekedi family owns private mines
The Kinshasa government has to stop lying to the Congolese people the real Rwandans are the Hutus who came in 1994 from that point on that’s when the situation got way worse in the east.
May Allah bring peace in Congo
We need to allow these fine doctors and engineers into Germany.
Rwanda and Conglose needs to work together
Tell them.
You are very correct, as if they cannot read. Thank you for mentioning that
You are already aware that neighboring countries support the M23 with modern weapons?
They literally have Rwandan uniforms and then try to deny their involvement...😂 No wonder nobody takes them seriously.
Too bad let sadc bring this to an end
Any place in Africa . That has resources worth 💰. Has conflict.
Just one cowboy in war? Where did the hat go? Tactics and pride.
People in this war talk about tutsi people like they are the only people that exist in east congo. The barely make up the population in the east
They are the target of your evil government. They are talked about because they are the victim
