I just wonder can I meditate in front of someone I mad while we having that madness conversation? Just wondering with your idea, do I have to do it before or after? You see, i can't predict and thing happen in front of your eyes then your emotion engaging, then your idea make a meditation which means you regretting thing you've done. 😂😂😂😂

You have helped me so much. I’m 16 years old. I went through some times where I was intensely suicidal. When I asked myself what I wanted, the answer was always death. I was ready To die. You processes of releasing have stopped me from doing so. My depression and suicidal thoughts are slowly slowly leaving my body. Everything is getting better. I enjoy living now. Thank you Brian. 🙏🙏

This is absolutely wonderful. This is what I've been searching for. I've spent 6 month studying yoga and yet, my wandering mind has been lost on how to surpass the negative emotions I've been shouldering for years, trying to work towards happiness and confidence, letting all the things I've suffered pass me by. I couldn't figure out how to let go of that emotional boulder. This. This is it. This is how you release tragedy, sadness, depression, abuse, and neglect.

Courage - Adventure , alertness, being alive. Willing, acceptance, loving.
Can I remember the time I felt alert?
    What did that feel like?
How good did that feel? Where did I feel it in my body?
And you meditate on it ( feeling after asking the questions)
    Important to feel .

I'm angry at everything in my life for the past 2 years and i thought that by finding ways to release that anger it would go away but that what i was doing is that i was been conditioning myself to feel more anger. Sometime back in my life I was meditating and doing yoga and know I remembered that while I was doing these practices a lot of feelings and thoughts were arising from within. I must do it again. I takes to find out the right way which is love and peace instead of giving so much effort on releasing anger. Just let go and feelings will arise themselves and will eventually go away. Your video made me remember that again, thank u!

If someone is struggling with suppressed emotions of fear, grief, and anger that’s been ignored for years it’s going to be a long process of healing all that trapped energy. It’s going to involve so much more than what is covered in this video in regards to diet especially, but also career changes, optimizing sleep, visualization techniques, knowledge of getting into the parasympathetic state, eliminating habits used to numb or suppress the emotion and SO MUCH MORE. I’d also add that someone who has suppressed their fear has no access to peace or courage, the path internally literally does not exist. Only in healing the suppressed emotion does joy, peace, and love emerge once again. There’s some good content here, but it really wouldn’t help someone too much who needs healing.

Wow this is absolutely true. I remember my English teacher back in high school was explaining this to us too. He was a cool masculine role model. I personally still have lots to work on but I still remember these lessons and can see how they definitely relate to my own life. I think the problem with lots of people is that we don’t understand how to deal with our feelings in a healthy manner. Apathy fear and grief pushed me into alcoholism and now I got a DUI. Not to say these three emotions don’t have a place in life but that’s definitely not where you wanna be all the time. I also notice how every time I get sober I start to feel again. I was afraid of all these feelings but I recently discovered that anger can be a very powerful tool that one can harness and use on pushing through tough times to build a better life. I mean anger is a very strong physical feeling. You can feel it in your chest. But it won’t do you any good if it’s being unleashed in very direction usually getting you in trouble with other people. With a little bit of self reflection I learned to harness the feeling to work for me instead being controlled by it. It gives me the energy to go play the piano, lift weights, or go make some money.
Sorry for stretching this but I just really appreciate this video and wanted to express how this video lesson really is important to understand and integrate into my own life. It helps me understand myself.

Thanks for your comment Annette! All the best as you work with emotional revealing and releasing. If revealing and releasing feels new and foreign, one great tool is to reflect on the times you’ve already had emotional releases in your life. We have releases when we get over a breakup or a loss of some kind, or when we get tired of worrying about something and just accept it for example. In this video Brian is simply describing how we can do this more intentionally and increase our ability to let go of things more quickly. Here is another great video on the revealing process. - Andrew, The Fearless Man

This is the kind of deep work that I really have been looking for. Most people barely dive into the emotional process, which is where I am stuck. I am trying to release social nerves that are involuntary (at least at this stage) and most people just recommend taking "deep breaths". But this kind of superficial advice only addresses the symptoms and not the source. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and one of the symptoms of my nerves is that my neck muscles involuntarily tense up and won't release. As you mentioned in your video, if you could share a guided meditation to go through this method, I would be super grateful. Thank you for sharing all of this, & I look forward to exploring more of your content! 🙏🏻

Dr. Hawkins (who wrote Letting Go) was a psychiatrist (he actually had the biggest practice in the US for quite a while) and he said everything is physical, mental, and spiritual. You are working on the physical with meds, the mental with these videos. Consider looking into the spiritual aspect. Dr. Hawkins' books are a good start for that. Some suggestions are: Power Vs. Force, Letting Go, Transcending the Levels of Consciousness. - Andrew, TFM Team

I recommend Larry Cranes book also all based on Lester's original work called Love yourself and let the other person have it your way .Great after the Sedona method.

This is good, reeaally good. It reminded me of a statement someone said to me a few months ago. “Rather than ‘get over it’ invite your enemy over for tea and sit with them”. I always found the advice of get over it was people’s way of saying they really didn’t want to hear what I was experiencing and just move on. This was incredibly frustrating because the grief or anger etc wouldn’t go away. And for a while I would invite my enemies over for tea but funny how soon we forget. Thank you Brian. I will be studying and applying this approach starting yesterday.

Helpful and new to me. Currently in the AGF zone and sometimes in the LAP zone. What really hit home was that you stated 'what you focus on expand'. So focusing on the CAP zone will allow me to let go and move towards my goals. Thank you. Looking forward to seeking more knowledge from other videos and your web site.

Hmm, very similar with D. Hawkins’ levels of consciousness and spiritual teachings. In his book you can dive deeper about the states of peoples being. back to the topic, very important info here. Letting go of lower states was one of the biggest openings in my life

so what you are saying is, I should just leave well enough alone and instead of spending my time torturing myself with getting rid of these negative emotions.
I should focus on spending my time working on my positive emotions?
Holy shit, this makes so much sense.

@@TheFearlessMan It would be if the world was ruled by love. Most people at the top are at lust and pride, they want you to live in fear and thoose other low vibration states, who will do all the work if people arent misserable and numb enough to work 12h a day. I went all the way from love (early childhood) to total apathy (now) and suicidal thoughts mostly because of the school. As I can observe now, your video moved me from apathy to grief, gave me a little hope. It is going to be a long process, but I will do my best to unf*ck myself. If one day I become something important I will make sure that all my intentions come from love. Your videos really help to change the world, thank you for putting this out here.

Also as a suggestion could you do a guided meditation where you take us through this releasing process with nice ambient music.
