Great video, Brian and Fearless! I really appreciate the way you breakdown the ideas you are sharing in a way that is understandable (especially with the different examples you always give - positive, neutral, and negative so people with different experiences can relate; ex. someone who gets something positive out of a revealing session vs. someone who feels nothing yet/numb, or someone who may feel initially worse as deeper things come up). Biggest take away is even though I've been feeling numb for the most part and so its tough to connect to certain emotions at the moment (except anger) it is possible to come out of the numbness with patience (0.1% shifts) and not rushing in trying to get the transformation, yesterday! Thanks so much for these videos and looking forward to attending the intensives.
Hey brain i just want to say thank you, I don't really use your videos to pick up women as I am a married man but I do believe becoming a better version of one's self is important and listen to you really helps towards that goal. Thanks again and keep up the good work 👍 really appreciate you
That's awesome Danny, Great to hear you are getting a lot of value here. The principles that Brian put's out there are 100% applicable to married guys and guys with girlfriends. Hey Jasper, That's great you are getting inspiration from the videos and looking at how you can start to take more action. The real question is how do you are inside. You can be having sex with a super hot woman but your experience is still actually your own emotions in the moment. She isn't magically going to make you feel a different way. You always mention to share your story in the comments so I thought I would give it a shot. I used to talk to women very well and had women in my life but after a bad break up, that lasted maybe about a year or 2 on and off, it feels like my mojo went away. The intense sad emotions from this break up left about a year ago but I still daily rethink of the break up and her; I think this gets in the way of connecting with women. I have slept with several women sense then but I haven’t had much of a connection with any of them and the sex isn’t as enjoyable as any of my partners from before this break up, I usually don’t even want to kiss them. Your videos have helped a ton over the years in regaining myself and I’ve read some of the books you’ve suggested slight edge, way of the superior man (this one is godly), and I’m chipping away at letting go. Thank you for what you are doing and the presence you and your team bring. I’m in FL and I wasn’t able to make the Miami summit but I will go to one of your events.

I have been dealing with a ton of anger. Now this makes sense. Anger is the gateway to the higher emotions. I have been doing physical releases, actually releasing physical trauma from my body. Learned this from Dr Peter levine in his work "waking the tiger ". A game changer for me.

Emotional processing is a far greater depth of intelligence than intellectual processing. But of course the intellect thinks it's smarter, and convinces us to get stuck in the head. You talk about the spins, and I think a lot of the world is constantly spinning. Life is most lively and lubricated when the intellect becomes a tool in the box rather than a lense from which to view the world. ❤️. A few days ago I mentioned you in conversation with someone I had just met, and this other fellow had also taken your training courses, how amazing is that?!
Great video! At the beginning, instead of "we have a second brain in our gut" you accidentally said "we have a second gut in our brain" and I'm cracking up thinking about the idea that we all have shit for brains 😂 To anyone reading this, there's more to this video than poop jokes I assure you!
Hi Linda, Very glad you are getting attracted to the revealing and releasing process :) It is a very different kind of skill that works with the whole nervous system instead of the thinking mind so we learn it in a non-linear way. - Andrew, TFM Staff

Brian can you make a quick video on how to see the blessings in all of us? I have a learning curve with a mental illness I'm always searching for the good in this. I see you as a strong dominant alpha male with a lot of knowledge and wisdom could you coach some of us on seeing the blessings in ourselves? Kind of like the old saying your worst days are your best days.
Hey Ricky, Sorry to hear you are dealing with mental illness but you are definitely taking important steps to move in a good direction. There is one blessing there. Many people with mental illness do not take the proper steps to get help and take care of themselves. The best thing is to start small. The littlest things are important. Start with the simplest things: Do you have a roof over your head? Enough to eat? This practice shifts your viewpoint and you will be able to have more and more gratitude over time. You have to commit though. If you do it for 3 days and then say 'this is dumb, screw this' you cancel the good work you did before. Also, become willing to be loving to yourself for no reason, other people as well. - Andrew, TFM Staff Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021
Another great video Brian. After the revealing workshop with you I must say i am looking at my life from whole different perspective. Now i am aware of staggering difference between living your life from body vs head. One question though, i am finding it very hard to feel some heavy and painful Emotions in my body especially around heart area without having an intention to get rid of it. Even though at my concious level i know that i just have to allow it without forcing it but i find deeo down at subconscious level my body identifies these emotions as more pain than pleasure and wants to get rid of it
Hi Utpal, That's great to hear you have gotten so much out of the revealing workshop. It's actually completely normal to have the challenge you are describing. In fact it's part of the process. Carl Jung said that the subconscious mind only lets repressed emotional energy up into consciousness when the conscious mind is strong enough to handle the energy without becoming overwhelmed. This simply means we need to be patient and consistent in our personal growth work, revealing, etc. The conscious mind is strengthened every time we let go of fear or guilt or any emotion that causes us to go into survival mode. This allows more to be released when we have our intention to release. - Andrew, TFM Staff
Hey Milos, That's a good suggestion. I'll pass that to Brian. It is not necessary to focus on breathing when doing revealing/releasing other than to notice it as part of what is happening or as part of the "now feeling." Revealing and releasing happens as part of conscious awareness so physical movements or breath is a tool that can help us become more aware of the sensations and emotions but its not some kind of key element that makes the release happen. - Andrew, TFM Staff Big Holiday Sale! www.thefearlessman.com/2020HolidaySale Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021 Brian’s EBook - The Art of Fearless Seduction www.thefearlessman.com/eBookFearlessSeduction
Brian I have a great idea for a video that will benefit me and other viewers. I was watching love island usa and observing the guys made me think of so many things u talk about in your videos. For eg. grounding, being in your head etc. If you did an analysis/reaction video on them it would really give a picture of what u mean to your viewers. And yes, there is one guy who I felt rly portrayed most of the things u teach here too. just an idea!
Hey, my friends! I’m surprised how every time you upload a new video, it’s always the current topic i am dealing with on my life’s road! It seems like i’m synchronized to you mentally and emotionally. Thanks a lot :) I had one question come up during this Premiere! Feeling is a way to get in touch with your emotions and feel again. In a sense you are fine-tuning your feeling „skills“. My question is can you do the same with thinking? For example: i’ve experienced times where i had really intelligent and wise thoughts and they we‘re giving me a sense of limitless intelligence in me that lead to more action which lead to more flow in life. So can you fine-tune your thinking to tap into your limitless wisdom or is this also a feeling process that leads to the experience above? does that make any sense?! As i said thank you a lot, you have assisted me to make my life so much better and i really would like to shake your hand one day Mr. Begin! Keep up the good work!
Hi Antonio, Great question. That does come from releasing heavy emotions because that frees the mind from survival mode and allows it to think more creatively without emotional baggage and receive inspiration which comes from higher energy levels. - Andrew, TFM Staff Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021
To add to TFM response. I believe the intelligence you're referring to, which had many names, is the subconscious mind, intuition, gut brain, the unconscious, god-consciousness, love. This is the intelligence that will guide your path through life. As you learn to flow more, you will be more connected and take instruction from your subconscious mind better. Learning to feel is one great method of getting in touch with the subconscious mind. Vipassana practitioners also explain it like this. Now your IQ, your conscious mind, can also be trained, but that's training by lots of reading and connecting different information.

This reminds me a lot of one of the podcasts by Natalie Lue. She described it as being in a emotional desert or being emotionally unavailable which can result in an emotional disturbance after being backed up for so long. My question is though once you start trying to understand and allow yourself to feel these emotions, how do you communicate them in a way such that you avoid making them baggage for someone else. Preferably in a way that's attractive to woman. New to the channel. Thanks for the content!
@Titan, Great question. @Kludgy Brains has a great answer above. Vulnerability is basically the ability to feel your feelings and let them been seen by others without trying to make others handle them for you. One tool for communicating your feelings without throwing them in someone else's lap is to state them in a very matter of fact way without any drama. Even if it takes a lot of effort at first and feels very uncomfortable, you can simple state them even in a clinical way like a child might "I am upset with you because you said... That makes me angry." Just state it as a fact and be willing to feel the emotions that come up as you say it. Often we might start out being clear but them become ashamed or fearful as we're speaking and go back into a manipulative approach out of habit. But you need to be willing to feel any discomfort that comes up as you speak. - Andrew, TFM Staff Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021
Hey Joe, Great question. They might start off as seemingly separate activities but that is only until they become more natural and automatic. Basically meditation can become contemplation where you are able to become aware of the feelings and emotions to a greater degree while going about your activities. Your natural reaction to the feelings changes over time from resisting and repressing them to releasing them. You can also turn any simple activity into a revealing session. Eating is a great example because there are a lot of emotions associated with it. Do you scarf down your food? Can you slow down and become aware of the emotions that are arising as you eat? - Andrew, TFM Staff Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021
hey man i like watching your video thankyou for your content. today i got in new relationship and she choose mathematics and suddenly i review my past and find all my ex-girlfriends are into logical subjects maths and science and i found myself interested in drawing poems and little emotional. is a am feminine? please advice i want to know myself is this a pattern or just coincidence??????????????
Hi Shawlwin, That is an interesting question. There are lots of times when men have little ways they are more feminine and women have little ways they are more masculine. David Deida has a famous example where he hates driving but his girlfriend was a good driver and always drove. When they got out of the car, he would hold her until she relaxed so he would take the masculine role back when it was time. It's ok to switch roles when it makes every happy and then take the roles back when it is time. Here is a question though. Do you want to be more masculine and grounded? Are there times when you emotions go in a cycle and you have a hard to stopping the emotional cycle? That is a grounding issue. Let me know details and I can give some suggestions. - Andrew, TFM Staff Big Holiday Sale! www.thefearlessman.com/2020HolidaySale Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021

Hi Adith, This is not a criticism but I want to make you aware of this: In this video, Brian just spent 20 minutes answering that question. The fact that you are still asking that means you did not really take in what Brian said. Again, this is not a criticism or judgement. It is not easy to do this, especially in the beginning but you can start by acknowledging your fear or you fear. You were afraid to feel the fear to so you hoped the video would take it away for you but you have to be willing to feel it. It won't go away without that part. So start becoming willing to accept that you have to feel the fear or any other scary feeling. Get as scared as you need to, but let it happen. - Andrew, TFM Staff Fearless Experience Intensive - 2021 Schedule www.thefearlessman.com/Experience2021
Can you do a video on how to learn to actually want to go on dates and hangout with women? I am attracted to them and have really good connection in person but have no interest in taking things farther once I’m away from them.
Hey J Mac, That's a great question because it shows your interest in finding a way to set aside the conflicts that cause you to resist deeper connection with women. There would be no motivation to ask that or even think of it as an issue unless you did truly wish for a deeper connection with women so first, acknowledge yourself and give yourself credit for wanting that. It's a beautiful thing to want that connection and to ask for help with it. The challenge will be revealing and releasing the tougher emotions that are blocking the willingness to move into deeper connection and vulnerability by having more meetings and dates with these women (at least the ones you really like of course). You start to be seen much more by them when you go on more dates with the same women. There is most likely fear over what you think they will see (which will definitely be different from what they actually do see by the way). It also probably has to do with repressed anger and resentment towards women in general which makes you not want to let them see you. Women love seeing the real us and so when we have resentment towards women, we know the best way to fuck with them is by closing off. I used to do that by default. The best way we can help you with this is to get into a workshop where we can look really closely at whats happening, especially getting you in front of some models. If you are interesting in talking more about that possibility, email me at andrews@thefearlessman.com. I've tried to overcome it but every time I hit an dead end. So can you talk about how to deal with jealously and possibly overcome it? Thank you in advance.
Hey Andrej, Good question. Jealousy comes from buried feelings of low self-worth. You are looking at her as a source of good feelings that you are not letting yourself feel on your own. There are emotions that need to be revealed and released. Sit and welcome any little bit of shitty emotions you can find. You will become more able to reveal and release these emotions naturally and your body/subconscious will allow more to be revealed as you become more able to release them. Hey Jasper, That's great you are getting inspiration from the videos and looking at how you can start to take more action. The real question is how do you are inside. You can be having sex with a super hot woman but your experience is still actually your own emotions in the moment. She isn't magically going to make you feel a different way. Have you looked at any of the revealing/releasing videos? I'll post some below that will help you look at what is behind the emotional ups and downs. We also have a big sale on our digital courses which includes the Revealing Process Masterclass with a huge amount of in-depth guidance from Brian about that.
Thanks so much for sharing that here Erik. Really glad to hear how helpful Brian's content has been and to hear your interest in coming to and event. We look forward to working with you! I have been dealing with a ton of anger. Now this makes sense. Anger is the gateway to the higher emotions. I have been doing physical releases, actually releasing physical trauma from my body. Learned this from Dr Peter levine in his work "waking the tiger ". A game changer for me.
Hey Jim, Indeed releasing trauma from the body and subconscious mind (they aren't really that different) is fundamental and necessary for growth. Great to hear you're doing well with that! Man your videos are really good
Emotional processing is a far greater depth of intelligence than intellectual processing.
Very relatable and well put, thank you
I'm listening and soaking up why I am attracted to this ability that actually can be learned. Very thought provoking. Thank you.

- Andrew, TFM Staff

Amazing work!
Hey Brian, I would like if you talked a little bit more about the role of breathing in meditation and releasing, tnx for the great content❤️
- Andrew, TFM Staff

Hey, my friends! I’m surprised how every time you upload a new video, it’s always the current topic i am dealing with on my life’s road! It seems like i’m synchronized to you mentally and emotionally. Thanks a lot :)
I had one question come up during this Premiere!
- Andrew, TFM Staff

It s like Google dude. He knows what cliends search for.it s just marketing .It a not some "universal coincidence" as you feel . He..
Do you have a course or guided release meditations?

This reminds me a lot of one of the podcasts by Natalie Lue. She described it as being in a emotional desert or being emotionally unavailable which can result in an emotional disturbance after being backed up for so long. My question is though once you start trying to understand and allow yourself to feel these emotions, how do you communicate them in a way such that you avoid making them baggage for someone else. Preferably in a way that's attractive to woman. New to the channel. Thanks for the content!
Look up his videos on vulnerability. once you get good at owning your feelings, you don't have to worry about making them someone elses problems.
- Andrew, TFM Staff

How do you balance this sort of work---meditating, emotional letting go---with daily activities? Like eating/working/socializing?
Hey Joe, Great question. They might start off as seemingly separate activities but that is only until they become more natural and automatic. Basically meditation can become contemplation where you are able to become aware of the feelings and emotions to a greater degree while going about your activities. Your natural reaction to the feelings changes over time from resisting and repressing them to releasing them. You can also turn any simple activity into a revealing session. Eating is a great example because there are a lot of emotions associated with it. Do you scarf down your food? Can you slow down and become aware of the emotions that are arising as you eat? - Andrew, TFM Staff

hey man i like watching your video thankyou for your content. today i got in new relationship and she choose mathematics and suddenly i review my past and find all my ex-girlfriends are into logical subjects maths and science and i found myself interested in drawing poems and little emotional. is a am feminine? please advice i want to know myself is this a pattern or just coincidence??????????????
- Andrew, TFM Staff

Accept it as if it will be there forever, stop trying to change it, fix it, remove it. Just let it be there.
Ok,thank you for the advice
- Andrew, TFM Staff
