At least the one good thing you can take away from the trailer is that the animals look a bit more expressive than in 2019

This makes the 2019 film look like an expressionless challenge thing that animals use when Mufasa was the lion king before he died
That's still not really a positive when they're still significantly less expressive than the original 2D animated Lion King.
But that’s like comparing shit with shit with sprinkles, ones better than the other but their both still shit at the end of the day
The CGI of the Mufasa trailer looks much worse than the CGI of Lion King{2019).
The lions are a bit more expressive BUT it's not enough to make the movie good. The plot, so far, is weird. Timon and Pumbaa talking about the past is VERY SIMILAR to what they did in Lion king 1|2, Mufasa being evil is strange; i hope there's a good reason or else this part will suck! The snow area looks nice but the rest... meh 😐
Also, Aslan from Narnia has more charm AND emotions than Mufasa.
I %100 agree with the Starwars thing. I grew up with Starwars, I owned the orginal movies on VHS and loved the prequels. Now everything's drowning in Stawars to the point that I'm burned out. It's nothing anymore. It's almost all media, it's one reason why I primarily watch retro stuff that I'm unfamiliar with because to me its new.
Man, one of my biggest regrets in life was going out to see the Lion King 2019 when that was still in theaters. Well, at least I won’t make that same mistake again with Mufasa, because I’m gonna skip that movie in favor of Sonic 3.
the sad thing is I'm seeing movie reviewers praise this film and say it's really fun and interesting when it lacks creativity and not being original for something that nobody asked for Mufasa to me is the father, husband and rightful King from the original and that is all I don't need disney's garbage to ruin who Mufasa was and is

They still makes good movies AND tries new things unlike you (With Puss in boots 2 who was excellent especially the animation and action. The wolf was a great villain, really scary and memorable. Yeah they would. Many people just aren’t fans of the photorealistic version of Lion King. I’m not sure how to feel about the remake’s lore. But honestly I don’t really care about it. No hate for it even.

ruins the "not every story needs an awnser to everything." Motive, like yes, some of us at one point thought "you know , I wonder how Mufasa became king", but we never cared for an awnser because it doesn't matter, like yes, mufasa had to become king for the story to work, but we never cared how he became king because that wasn't the point of Mufasa's role, the point of his role was to help Simba, once from the stampede, and twice when he helped simba find his purpose, and that was it.
I imagine that the many people that disliked the trailer probably won’t go see the movie when it comes out.

4:16 The people that just love to look for things to complain about in the 2004 original and defend the 2011 sequel with the “you’re blinded by nostalgia” argument.
If you wanna support original films made in recent years, an underrated classic I'd recommend would be Polite Society. It's not necessarily a Hollywood film, but was distributed like one, and has a lot of over the top editing that helps it stand out from the bunch. If you like Tarantino films and Everything Everywhere, then I'm sure you'll like this one.

Would you do TSFTWC videos on Theatrical Cartoons if you do them here are my suggestions:
The Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons from 1965 to 1969 (There is a lot to say about these they are not that bad as others but some cartoons from this period are not that bad)
Eric Porter Studios Cartoons (They are a animation studio from Australia that produce Really CURSED Cartoons I only watched 3 cartoons from that being "Waste Not, Want Not" from 1939 "Rabbit Stew" from 1952 and "Bimbo's Auto" from 1954 thankfully the studio close in the 1970s)
Columbia Pictures Cartoons (What can I say a lot of them are so bad they're good)

If u wanna see an actually original movie, i’d recommend Nimona on Netflix that came out in 2023! It’s very entertaining and based off of a graphic novel. It was one of the most refreshing movies I had seen in a while that actually felt like there was real passion put into it.

I’m not a fan of the 2000s’ era films especially their remakes. I prefer the classic 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s
animated renaissance mate. NOT this 2000s era, rehashed, rewritten, uncanny, pointless, boring, cash cow crap all for the sake of making profit.
Disney just isn’t them without their company logo and conglomerate-IP brands. They just use popular IPs like Pixar and Marvel and create spin_offs and completely rip-off scripts, dialogues and visuals from the classics.

Probably the only reboot I'm looking forward to is FOP a new wish, sure the world would've been fine without this reboot and the animation kind of put me off at first but im pretty sure it'll be 10x better than FOP season 9/10 and fairly odder combined, even if the writing might not be executed well at least it tried to do something that the original didn't

I don't get how wish was derivative of older Disney movies. I thought the plot was pretty unique compared to the other Disney films. I thought Raya was too predictable and derivative. They had to get back a stolen artifact just like Moana. Raya was turned to stone similar to how Anna was turned to ice.
