I missed the chaos. I quit the kitchen in 2022 to do something less stressful and calming pace.. I got promoted in that job and still decided to go back into working in the kitchen because I realized how boring my job was 😩 I start again the second week of October and I’m excited 👨🏽🍳
So after you touch raw meat do you wash your hands or just wipe them? There’s a cut every time I see you deal with what looks like raw meat so I can’t tell. Just curious
Definitely Not! As long as the Chef that is running the kitchen has a loud voice and is clear and the whole team can hear him, the music helps each individual flow in there own section…
