I love the attention to detail you have in your work and the clean-as-you-go cooking style. I'm not formally trained in any type of culinary art so it's nice being able to watch a professional at work. Great choice of breakfast by the way, you're nailing the major groups we need to start off the day strong! Looking forward to more videos.
Great stove! When you turned the range hood on, I half expected it to start speaking and sound like HAL. "Open the oven doors HAL. I'm sorry Eric, I'm afraid I can't do that". 🤣
What I like most about your channel is that you're making food and cooking accessible and not intimidating. I'm already buying many of the same ingredients with my normal shopping but doing completely mundane things with them. Thanks for the inspiration to do more with what I already have!

I've only watched 2 videos of anything in the private chef area but i found this super satisfying. You gained another subscriber 🙋🏼♂️. You are an amazing chef and yes i know I've only seen you cook twice but thats ok lol. Hello from Naples Florida 👋🏼
Loving the first person and third person point of view for this video and as much as we all love to hear you explain the menu this was an awesome change of pace. What an amazing delicious breakfast
@@kerrywhitemd Years ago, I worked on music videos, mostly as a runner/PA. Once I worked on the set of a famous, British heavy metal artist for the first single off his solo album. This artist had a wife, who famously controlled all her husband's food, as he'd lost a lot of weight and was somewhere in getting off drugs. He would later become more popular (due to a tv show about his family), but at this point, the record company was not investing a lot in his video. So the Producer was making plain spaghetti and sauce for the evening meal. However, the artist's famously controlling wife, insisted her husband must eat with "proper" silverware, not the plasticware everyone else was using. So I was sent to drive around the Valley, looking for a place to buy silverware. We were nowhere near a BB&B. So I ended up going to a Mom & Pop Mexican restaurant and begging them to buy a set of their cheap silverware.
Yea soooooooo what grocery store was that? and man…. that’s that goooooos olive oil… the kind I can’t afford!! lol Your food looked so good!!! thanks for posting! ❤
The private homes you work in, are the kitchens set up to your preference, or do you have to work around how they have them set up? Do any of them have a separate kitchen that you work out of from thwir own personal kitchen?
Wow, very happy i found this! It is going to be interesting to follow. Would it be possible for you to add the ingredients in the future specifically the spices as they are difficult to judge in a video.
I just found your channel, which I LOVE. I would love to pick your brain on best appliances, pans and knives…Perhaps a video on your favorites, maybe one already exists. I will hunt for it if so.
This is such a fascinating video. Please make more. And I know it's a lot to film. But worth the watch! 😁😁😁😁 OH! I clocked your motion with the sausage! Ya Nasty McNasty!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

In a party setting, have you ever dropped a dish? Say you had 6 guest, and accidentally dropped one. Are they usually accommodating because you have to remake the whole thing again?

As someone who likes to cook at home all this stuff looks pretty easy to make. But I'm sure there's parts of the job that you wish you didn't have to do bc work is work at the end of the day. But I'm curious what would you say is the hardest part of your job?

One of the absolute greatest financial freedoms and flexes in life is being able to grocery shop without regard to prices.
