I love your videos man! I’m a younger Chef as well and work the sauté station during the night. Watching your videos is so relatable cuz it’s what i do for 55 hours a week too and love what im doing. The thrill/excitement of being a chef and the stress/euphoria it brings on you is crazy but it’s why we love it. You have a sub from me!
