    I do a lot of VHS video editing and transfers.., 20 years of family memories transferred to DVD or other media for preservation and sharing with family... I was experiencing a lot of post-production freezes and crashes on my Pinnacle editing software...Out of frustration, mostly, I slowed down and starting editing one segment at a time, one type of effect before adding another...I noticed the rendering went twice the speed and smoother, the whole process went faster ... It wasn't the CPU process speed that was slowing me down or the software that was gumming up the works... it was me shoving too many different things down its throat so to speak.. Your video hit my attention button... I'm just here to tell you I learned the hard way...many, many hours of wasted time... my ROTI is WAY UP.. Not just in video editing... old too soon, smart too late.. lol

    You are describing me in a nutshell. I have this habit of doing things asap, or talking too fast which results in messing important information and skipping important steps in a process , and im fully aware of this behavior but in the moment I completely forget this aspect of my behavior. What activities or actions can I take to reverse this behavior.?

    My problem is I do too many things at once tho multiple things are just as important to do around the house lol I never allow myself to have lazy dayz so my question is how much lazy time should be allowed when your body just physically can’t handle it anymore I wake up cleaning everyday unloading dishes sweeping dishes several times a day it’s exhausting I do not allow myself to be lazy for even just one day so how many days can I allow myself a brewk
