How I wish I've learned all these when I was still in the corporate world. But I know I can still apply this in my everyday life. Great tips Dr. Grace! :)

Grace, I was really captivated by your video subject, thank you for your post. I listened 3 times, somehow had issues to follow, maybe the structure of the content? Maybe the video timing is limited for you to delivery the deeper level messages? Just thought I share my two cents. Overall, I am fan of your channel, you have many great subjects attracted my attention. Thanks.

Thanks for sharing! I am so blessed and grateful to have you here. It simply isn't possible to cover all the nuances of certain topics in a 10-15 minute video. TH-cam videos are great to deliver information, but information is readily available everywhere! But information alone isn't truly transformative. That's why I also have a coaching program to deliver the transformation through guidance, mentorship, and feedback. I appreciate your thoughtful comment!

I am not sure how practical these strategies are. For example, if you are in a meeting and someone disagrees with your point of view, you might not have time to write down those areas where you agree....or disagree...it is a dynamic process. I think the only practical advice i got from this video is NOT TO TAKE IT PERSONAL...thats a more realistic advice

Would communication create conflict? Say without communication, people would just be minding their own business, but as we start to communicate people realize their differences, which fuels conflict? IE,. Religion, value, preferences?

BEst way to handle is to never have one - i always try to understand others wievpoints then i agree with their wievpoints and their positions - but then im asking them how to solve my problem from their perspective - which persuades them to understand my take on issue also exposes their lack of understanding the issue. From this point i can negotiate better if my ideas have better solutions or if my oposition have better options to solve problem - damn , i take into consideration that i can be wrong on things ;)
