  • On September 30th, Indiana Humanities and The Spirit and Place Festival sponsored "An Evening with Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert" at Clowes Memorial Hall. The celebrity chefs were able to share stories and muse on the place of food in our personal, community and global life.

      L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in New York. Worth noting that Robuchon has died since this interview, so I wonder if his answer would be the same. But apparently the quality has been maintained and it's still amazing.
