The build quality is much better than my Range Rover
Mr. Munro: "Hey Nomi, what's the deal with the panel-gaps and whatnot?"
I saw these driving around Palo Alto, Ca around 4 or 5 years ago. I remember seeing it and thinking if China brought it to market it would destroy a big chunk of our SUV market. I would never invest in a Chinese company, but if I did NIO would be the one.
damn, nice car.. Munro's look on it is more accurate than Jim Cramer's ..
Not difficult!?

That bright orange suit - LOL
The quality of the NIO cars is first class. The technology is cutting edge, and they have a swappable battery. If you're old enough you may remember how people said Japanese cars would never catch on. Well they did. And the likes of NIO will do exactly the same thing.
NIO sells like SHIT in China. does not even make the TOP 5 in CHINA like TESLA, Wuling, BYD, and GW.
NIO can't Grow because its BATTERY constrained, because of battery swap.
Studies have proven battery swap @ density is SLOWER than 250 kw DC FAST charging.
@@markplott4820 Thank you for your well reasoned argument 😅. You are however absolutely wrong. I don't mean to patronise you (patronise means to make you look stupid) but you need to base your argument on facts. If you understood the NIO business model (which you clearly don't) then you would clearly see the battery swapping model is the solution. People like you used to say similar things about Honda, Toyota etc. They were wrong as well.
NIO as is WONT meet USA IIHS+ or NHTSA quality. Tesla already TESTS for 6 STAR ⭐ quality.
and only TESLA has Autopilot which is Level 3 ADAS.
@@basilboris - then why can't NIO grow ?
It's because NIO has too many EXECUTIVE at the top, and battery swap is too CAPEX , does NOT foster GROWTH. whereas Only Supercharger accelerates GROWTH Exponential.
also, NIO power, and NIO life and NIO house are all too much CAPEX. they slow down GROWTH.
meanwhile TESLA is expanding GF3 and planning another factory 🏭 in CHINA.
NIO is Royally FCUKED.
@@basilboris Battery swapping is silly. It will never be mainstream.
When he said "It is hot in here" he should have asked NOMI to cool the place down.
He kinda seemed out of it. He didn’t wait for a rep to give him a tour to explain all the functionality & highlights.
I wished you guy would have shown the rear seating.
Can’t wait until they hit the American market!!!!
About those shaving blades, my brother inlaw would only use the old Gilette type of blades similar/ like that one Sandy demoed, other blades were not up to the task of cutting his stiff mustache/ beard hairs , I guess.
Wow looks beautiful
NIO
im getting a nio when it arrives
nice! look'n sharp Sandy! would of loved 2 have got in on this! though I'm not an EV angler! super vid Sandy! look @ this? yup! just the basics!! nice razor!! kiss smooth!! 10 out of 10!

real nice! good luck with it!
Already see one fail on the trunk. Why should I prop up my own hood as a luxury buyer? Since no trunk not a big deal but just an observation. I love the 360 camera.
I hope you will take a look at other NIO models also and other Chinese EVs too. Like that Xpeng at 12:25.
Sandy did test drive an Xpeng while in Norway, video coming soon.
GO NIO !!!!!
NIO stock is going to $0 soon.
Want it in Canada.
Thanks Sandy! Great video. Hopefully, you and your team will have an in-depth review of Nio cars/SUVs in the future, in particular, its chargeable, swappable, and upgradable battery. In contrast, current EVs sold in US can only be chargeable.
Wow, i love the orange suit.
