Secret Hack for BMW 3-Series Rest Button Hidden Feature Pre LCI to LCI Swap Climate Control E90 E92

The rest button on pre LCI climate controls was useless for me so I swapped to LCI IHKA unit on my e92 M3 for convenience. This DIY install works for any BMW with the pre-LCI Rest button on their climate control knob. Heated seats still work along with air conditioning. I coded the unit using Bimmergeeks Protools as well. Thanks for watching my video!
The hidden feature is the ability to switch between ”All” or “Rest” functionality on LCI climate control unit.
