I’ve had my E90 10 years but didn’t know the unlock on fob can roll down the windows. One hidden feature to add is the drink cooler slide switch in the center console. Works when AC is on and slide switch is engaged. Keeps a can of coke reasonably cool.
Glad to hear you learned a new feature, also I did not know about the drink cooler feature either so thank you for informing me! I just checked and mine actually doesn’t have it but I looked it up and that’s actually a very useful feature!!
By the way, I think this feature works on most (if not all) German cars. Tested it on audi a3, audi a6, bmw 5 series, vw golf 4 and all of them work as shown in this video
this video was awesome after buying my e92 m3❤️ didn’t know i could reset the oil change myself! every time i get my oil changed they forget to reset it and i end up going back.. now i just do it myself 😉 awesome job with this
One added feature : while the tilting passenger mirror is great for curbs it is a pain most times. Just switch the Left / Right power mirror control switch over to the other side as if you wanted to control the mirror. The mirror will now stay in the upright position.
6:37 check your local and state traffic laws... certain jurisdictions have rules on how many sets of fog lights you can have on the car in total (front count as one set, back counts as one set), you can get pulled over for this. Also this confuses people driving behind you as they might assume you're braking.

Great looking build. Highly recommend getting those Amber reflectors on front bumper wrapped black or color matched

@@defydegarage they sell tinted ones on amazon for around 15 dollers, then they still reflect light but look wayyy better

Even i enable the option bimmercode i can not seem to tilt down my passenger mirror down while in reverse
You have to have the little switch which chooses which mirror to adjust has to be flipped to the driver side for it to work

You will have to have someone enable it on your car with a BMW computer and or OBD reader
Bimmercode will easily fix that problem. I have it on my phone with obd connector from amazon
where did you get that rear diffuser?
I got it from eBay, you can find many of them on there! Mine is specifically a V-Style Carbon Fiber diffuser
Keep holding the unlock button and the sunroof will open too.

im from Vancouver Canada and cant seem to find those specific ones.
I don’t remember the exact website I personally purchased it off, but they also have it on eBay. Just search up “bmw e90 msport front bumper”
All these features with the key fob only works with comport access. (Even coding wont necessarily work)
I’ve coded multiple of my previous E9X BMWs and even the ones without comfort access could roll windows up, and down, close mirrors and open as well
why won’t coding it work? is the comfort access dependent on a module?
