A Knife Review - The Apache Falcon by Tops Knives!

- A gentleman by the name of Snake Blocker (who designed the Apache Falcon with Tops Knives) contacted me and asked if he could send one of his knives and if I would do a knife review. Naturally, I said yes and I honestly can't say enough good things about this knife. Its a very cool design, fits beautifully in my hands and is hands down, an amazing knife. I fully anticipate my husband and I fighting over it for years to come. ;)

This knife has caught my eye for some reason. Normally I really don't like these "modern" designs because I love classic shaped blades with wood and bone handles. But I can tell that this blade excells at what it was made for.

would've like to have seen a kydex sheath with this one. I, along with most other knife enthusiast, aren't to fond of the balistic nylon sheaths. it seems to be a trend. GREAT KNIFE.....bad sheath lol. but I'm glad y'all like and hope it doesn't turn into a "knife" fight between you and your husband! hahaha I had to throw that pun in
I can definitely understand your position. I am more of a leather sheath person myself. And lol about the "pun" - that reminds me, I need to go hide the knife right now. lol ;)

ALL Tops Knives come in a bag. They are tools that are meant to be used, not some lame collector knife that lives in a box.
It is a brilliant knife. Good design. Only needs a kydex sheath, or a nice leather one with a silent clasp. You throw against a brick wall?

15 oz seem kinda heavy for a 6.5 inch knife, does it feel heavy?

I want this knife. I want to know if it works for me. At worst it would be a great showpiece of local Idaho Falls craftsmanship. If it really worked great for me I'd give it some leather.
Very nice knife. Awesome cut on the water bottle. There is a technique for cutting ropes and bottles.
