I can hear a slight difference in the first tone test. The second one about the same. Good video bro.

Ive got the pepers HFZ,which is the FZ2+the sf300's in-between mode and an extra blendable HM2 eq. I had a SF300 I bought out of curiosity but sold it for a profit when supplies were low:)
Interesting sentiment in the description that I was going to touch on in the teemu pedals vid,but elected not to. Perhaps an op-ed on the morality of economies of scale in a global context, although probably not a good idea for the same reasons I kept my mouth shut :)
That said, try the switch between 1 and 2.

The Peppers stuff looks amazing! I'll have to get my mitts on a couple of those. I've never tried the in-between mode, do you just get the switch stuck between those 2 modes and it blends it? The global economy stuff is certainly a deep subject that can't really be fully covered in a few paragraphs, but I'll share a few more remarks. My take is that the independently owned, family owned or small business is the bastion of what built America and most other countries. It's these types of transactions that keep the dollars amongst neighbors and communities. I feel like that has been co-opted first by the big box stores, chain restaurant concept and now Amazon and Temu. I feel like small companies are worth supporting and protecting because it builds relationships. I know global trade has been going on for centuries but I think people should try and support small businesses as much as they can, and especially with things that they care about, like guitar things.

It certainly is a big topic, I have a very different perspective as someone from a small ,geographically isolated country. Im old enough that I still get a twang of prestige when I see "made in USA" on a headstock but you only have to look at a company like gibson to see how that's a shadow of glory days past.
Pepers is one of a few small builders I support here, if you have niche tastes the small guys deliver what the generic big box doesn't.And absolutely agree with building relationships, its part of any grass roots scene.
Rubber meets the road,no one is going to pick an fz-2 from a SF300 unsolicited on a recording. Thats the bottom line for me. :)
