Reverse Flash is the best villain in the entire Arrowverse without question. As far as Flash goes Zoom was solid & DeVoe was really dope until they revealed his full plan & you're like "dafuq?!" Smh. Savitar was meh & Cicada was just....not enough to carry a season. It was cool at firsr but after a while I was done.

Yes, Ralph died, but when the Flash undid his mistakes in flashpoint, it changed. Ralph survived the particle accelerator explosion.

Every version we see of him after Season 1 (and the time remnant from Legnds of Tomorrow) is a version from before Eddie Killed himself and wiped his descendant from the timeline/existence.

That scene wasn’t from season 1. It was from 4x7, which showed flashbacks of DeVoe’s origins, including scenes during season 1, such as that one.

What makes Reverse Flash the best villain in the Flash series is the fact that he is as intelligent if not more than almost anyone else on the show and he is also just as fast/if not more so sometimes as Barry is. He is literally the evil version of The Flash. The reverse if you will.

Contrary to what barry believes he's not the fastest man alive, thawne manipulates time to his will, he CREATED his own speed force, as soon as the dagger stopped working he fazed through thin air and reappeared like WTF! he even creates mirror images while fighting! Barry had tontravel bavk in time to get a time remnant when fighting zoom. That double punch barely fazed him, ZOOM has said even he's not as fast.
