- I know Malcolm Merlyn didn't time travel so much, but I figured, I've did every other member of the Legion of Doom. So... we might as well complete it.

Malcoms usually pretty calm. Its pretty satisfying seeing him angry. It's like you know he's not messing around
I actually feel sorry for Malcolm Merlym. He really lost everything throughout the series. He accidentally killed his son, lost his reputation and company due to being outed as a villain, got hunted down by the League of Assassins, got overthrown from being Ra's Al Ghul by Nyssa, had his right hand cut off by Oliver, and eventually died saving his daughter. Oliver isn't the only one who life was hardened by his past

Hahahaha. After i learned he was on doctor who, I set it up for a later watch.
Merlyn was the best villian of the arrowverse until they brought him back for Legends and overplayed and weakened the character. I enjoyed the teams ups with Merlyn and Team Arrow in season 3. Jack Harkness was immortal but Malcom shuld have been granted a graceful exit.
He’s always been reduced when he’s a villain, but not the MAIN villain

Well, except for the "Brick" arc from S3, it was great watching Merlyn having the opportunity to kill Danny Brickwell, the man who killed his wife, but in the end choosing to spare her because of Oliver's word about giving Thea a reason to start believing in Malcolm...
(kinda reminded me of when Bruce Wayne had the opportunity to kill Joe Chill, but decided to to do it)
Plus, thanks to Merlyn's mercy, we got to have that awesome S7 prison trio to harass Oliver (Bronze Tiger, Derek "Stardust" Sampson, and Brick, without those 3 the Slabside )
Other than that it was pretty cool cool to watch Merlyn work alongside Reverse Flash & Damien Darhk (and later Captain Cold).
Such a badass quatuor.
Best season of *Legends* IMHO, and in the elite top 10 Arrowverse seasons alongside *Legends of Tomorrow* S3; *Arrow* S1,2,5; *Superman & Lois* S1&3, and *The Flash* S 1&2

Actually, that's Daniel Brickwell who killed Rebecca Merlyn, Malcolm's wife, who started the Arrowerse. Hadn't he done that, Merlyn wouldn't have rigged the Queen's Gambit, Oliver wouldn't have met Shado, Slade Wilson, Yao Fei, being stranded on Lian Yu for 5 years, he wouldn't have tell Barry and gave him the advice of being the Flash, whose actions will create the Reverse-Flash centuries forward, and everything that went along.

I didn't put every single scene in order to keep the length of the video reasonable. I mostly put key scenes, but also added my favorite scenes.
Awesome! Only a few scenes missing. Why did you leave out when he was recovering from Ra’s al ghul’s torture and Thea held knife behind her back, with intention of killing him. And the scenes between him and Thea in Nanda Parbat. And what about the musical crossover? That is Arrowverse.

As much as I liked Malcolm, I think he got way overused after season 1 on Arrow.
But Barrowman still somehow made him entertaining every time

Are you thinking about doing Hunter Zolomon, aka Zoom for he messed so much with time that even the Speed Force sent its enforcers after him?
I actually thought about it, but I decided that it's not a good idea. He DID mess with time, but it won't be so interesting to see. The characters I did always jumped from show to show, and their first appearance chronologically is different from the first time we saw them (not only flashbacks, exept for Malcolm). Like Eobard Thawne first appeared on flash season 2, then flash season 1 (which is kind of cool to see in that way). Or Damien Darhk who had a whole ark in Legends season 2, and only then he appeared in Arrow season 4 (and between those times, he appeared on Legends season 1 and 3). Zoom however, doesn't have those kind of chronological appearances. If I would do a video about him, it will be just like 2 flashbacks from flash season 2, then present day season 2, then Legends 2 and Flash 3. It won't be so intresting as the other characters I did.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Zoom. But a chronological order video about him won't be so interesting in my opinion.

Malcolm Merlyn was Arrow's Sylar: too big of a character to simply kill off at the end of the first season but ultimately would've made more sense to do so coz the writers clearly weren't sure what else to do with him

In a way, Malcolm Merlyn is basically the ARROW version of Norman Osborn from Spider-Man.

Deep down Malcom is actually a good person he’s just lost a lot that has made him a very different person and never recovered from it I also like to think weather timeline changes effected his death saving him from his landmine death but even before that that thing in his neck could be something like waters from the pit and that might have saved him
