I'm slightly disappointed that you didn't underlined the fact that thiago motta is one of la masia alumni. i think this could be clearing the explanation of how he got the ideal for his formation come from. since any of la masia trainee really need to understand any circumstances of the school thought, such as using sweeper keeper as pivotat role to build up possession, and using the space efficiently to make any opportunities. that's why you quickly find similarity between pep and motta, since they are home grown students come from la masia. interestingly, both of them had started they career as cdm, since cdm are most versatile role in their school of thought who need to do transition quickly between attacking and defending, thus make them both need to have great understanding on how the formation should be work. anyway, this video is really good explanation. keep do post any good summary next.
