    I cannot tell you enough how impacted I've been from making mindfulness meditation a daily practice. No matter what your religious background is, not matter your inability to be still, and not think.... LOL (which meditation IS NOT ABOUT THAT AT ALL, I just hear that a lot), it's a path that has brought healing and wholeness to my life, and I hope this channel will be a place where meditation feels approachable.
