  • Anger is the one emotion I can honestly say I have a really hard time with. It wasn't really acceptable to explore when I was a child and often times I found myself alone and crying, squeezing every ounce of my body in order to rid myself of it. Oooofff.. what a vulnerable thing to share! Perhaps it'd be fruitful to do a talk about anger on this channel? I'd love to hear your thoughts and relationship to anger.
