Tapping, otherwise known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a technique that combines Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. It's called tapping because you literally tap on the end points of your body's meridians while saying certain statements. Tapping is simple and painless! Watch this short video with Nick Ortner to learn more, including a demonstration on how to tap.

I love this! I did a few years ago to stop my sugar cravings and it worked amazingly! I could turn down brownies, ice cream, anything sweet.I lost weight, not sure how much as that wasn't my goal. Going to do it again and also for my low energy level, and see how it does. I am reasonably sure it will work again.

I do 2 times a day. But the real success is doing it when you are "feeling" the problem.

I honestly dont get it, have adhd and got reccomended it but i dont see the logic behind it at all. It seems like the equavalent of massaging your chi

Tell that to me. I don't drink alcohol, coffee or sugary drinks, do not smoke or vape, let alone do any drugs, hard, synthetic, or even natural or psychiatric. I'm on a low sugar diet, with controlled bread, rice and pasta intake. Also controlled dairy. And zero candy, except cake on my birthday.
I do grounding, take the sun, drink plenty of electrolytic water, drink kefir, eat fruits and vegetables, do mild or mid intensity exercise, see and talk to family, have a job, and I'm in therapy and alternative treatments.
I do all this way since 9 years ago to say the least, some of them forever, as I've never done drugs for example.
I'm still battling severe depression and panic attacks outbreaks. Really not my case.

@@sportsocks1634 I'm sorry to hear that. You have to probably find a way to spend less time on internet, although you have a busy life to do that. I recommend tai chi called qigong. Slow your breathing. It helps one get out of the head and unstuck. You giving life your best attitude possible or just being yourself is very important to your family, job, and many other people perhaps you don't realise appreciate you. I think you're on the right track because you don't do anything bad to the body and are trying. Maybe you'd like the ideas of Viktor Frankl for meaning or value under any situation. For me, getting an exact diagnosis helped a lot, to know myself. I've got autism, adhd and social anxiety.
