Lots of potential for a really nice property. Peaceful location. Lots of land and privacy. Love the 3 ensuites. Great size kitchen w plenty of counter space ( rare).
And great price. Another 50k in updates n it would be wonderful.

This will be a really lovely home once a little spit and polish are used to clean it up. It looks sturdy with no obvious structural problems unless I missed it. And it looks nice and private too. Lots of possibilities with this one.
