There is no toilet downstairs. The bedrooms are too small, not enough space to move around. We look at properties fully furnished, but we forget that once it’s sold, it will not be the same. Yes, it’s nice, but you will be left with an empty house once it’s yours. Better buy something spacious with a toilet downstairs which is very important. You can fix it and make it nice after.

You English always seem to enter a house by the kitchen, on all the real estate vjdeos anyway. I have several French friends, I speak French and lived in France and they * never * enter a home via the kitchen unless u r family hoke from shopping or the plumber or something. Same goes for here in the US, there is always a door to the outside in the kitchen but it never used as the primary entrance into a home. Do u know why, please?...

amazing garden(s) but you would need a team of gardeners to stay on top of it!!! Once again as many French properties, the kitchen is disappointing as small !!!

Shame about the size of the kitchen, but the rest is perfect ! If I had the money and time I would love e to take this project on board

Wow, whoever did the renovations on this house did a wonderful job. I really like these smaller homes because they're so much cozier and exude comfort and peace (at least to me). Can't find anything I don't like about this one. Wonderful, wonderful place for sure.

That's a great place. Beautiful gardens and privacy from what I saw. The house is very nice with loads of potential. It was actually bigger than I first imagined which was a nice surprise. It won't take much to make this place into a real homey home for someone. Once you look past all the current furnishings and picture it empty you see all the good things there are about this house.

This house has a cozy, homey feel, with no updating necessary. It has just enough land to allow privacy, with enough space for a veggie garden, but still easy to maintain.

Pretty much perfect. Would buy it in a heartbeat, only issue is I would want in village/town area even if it meant smaller garden-landscape ❤❤❤

Like most older stone houses, this one could use more windows, but upstairs the Velux windows bring good light into the bedrooms. The price allows for updating, but I would hope that doing so would not interfere with the history and charm of the place. The generous front garden provides an appropriate setting, and the barn has potential for many uses.

What a comfortable home it is.

Such a lovely home! Well kept and the yard is so perfect. The heating with wood stoves are nice washing machine in kitchen. It all fits in so well. Looks very comfortable and plenty of light. Loved the door before going upstairs to truly divide areas, and think it would be good for warmth as well. REally looks like a great home and the price seems right too, They have restored it very well!

£143,423 all inclusive UK. I find it hard to believe that I could afford to buy this outright with change to spare by selling my 2 bedroom flat in a northern city in the UK. You could double the price and add a nought to get the price of an equivalent property here. It's ridiculous.
