    It's beautiful. And the price is ok because its not a fancy old hut. There's a big quality in this building from the ground up!

    Interesting house with beautiful details. What I really dislike are the heavy prison like dors. Did they feel unsafe in this house?

      @@rainerhasler135 It’s a good question.. the owner has now died so we can’t ask him why he built it this way. I would remove them, it’s not an unsafe area. We’ve had the house thoroughly checked by a builder, electrician, plumber and architect and they all say it’s great. It’s well worth the asking price.

    Hi thank you for your answer but I dont agree with it. I am looking every day since 6 month,on video, from italy, becouse I want to buy a house , so I have a very good ideea about regions and prices. You can find for 50k very good houses and în very good condition. Not my type but you can find wanderful houses and prices. Probably you are not so much inform, even if you leave there. I dont want to heart your filings, but I am telling the truth.... buy the way, every real state agent is puting accent on the view but in italy gorgeous views are everywhere..

      Thank you!! Prices vary greatly; sometimes being close to an important town, airport or port can make a huge difference. Piemonte has the advantage of being easy to get to from northern Europe. That's why so many people from those countries buy from here. In the end, we buy what suits us and our budget. I don't believe there is a right or necessarily a wrong place to buy in. Italy is beautiful all the way through, I agree, but I know for us, coming from the UK and my wife from Poland we wanted to be a maybe 12-15 hours max drive away, not 25. For me, the extra is worth it. And I might be biased but I think the views here are incredible. But I have to admit I love the Dolomites... though I wouldn't live there. I do appreciate your honest comment! Richard

    The kitchen looks like a morgue. They really needed a designer. So many things just totally clash and are just not good design at all. The doors?!?! What in god’s name is that mix of disasters. Good luck. Stone arches are great. Thank goodness they didn’t mess those up. Nice location at least.

      No worries, it seems all the houses in Italy has very unique floor plan, this is due to the age of the properties.. however they are very nice.. my wife and I will be in Torino this November and will exploring Aosta valley and the region..

    Can you please elaborate how the rental management companies operate?
    Do they take a fixed percentage of the rental income, if so, how much?

      @@langheproperty You said it. Though, you may become a character in the next book. The villain maybe. You know what the world thinks of estate agents :-) Almost as bad as ad men. I like the place. A nice writing spot, but you do need a bit of civilization to potter about in for inspiration. Especially people. So maybe...

    Richard hi . If you compare the price withUK for sure îs cheap. But if you compare with similar houses in italy this should be around 130/140k euro. Probably you dont agree with me but that my opinion. Thx for the vîdeo

    • @langheproperty
      @langheproperty  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      They spent 400k buying and restoring it and nothing is cheap now. You can buy a ruin for €60k then spend 300k and 3 years restoring it to this level but what do you do? Someone needs to make an offer. You can buy in the most undesirable parts (around Ovada or Casale) and spend very little but who wants to live there? Each to their own I guess and we'll see what happens. Thanks for watching! I appreciate the views and opinions..!!

    It appears that US Realtors have gotten involved in Italian real estate market and are pumping up the prices.

      Oh crap! Do I have an American accent!? Interesting theory, but in 20 years I've not seen American realtors here. American buyers spending a fortune, yes. Prices go up when demand is higher. Sorry!

    I have noticed quite few thing in this ved, although nice restoration, but did spend $$$ on it, 4 example in the first level, half bath,"no shower" the 2 rooms not fixed for bid room otherwise at least has full bath on suite .....etc, and you mentioned many times vine yards and it doesn't belong to the property !!, you should go from the beginning the lot aria "AC or,HA or SM" don"t try to be smart by involving "vine yard" !! be realistic and accurate, that house need full renovation and redesign to make it comfort for living>> more $$$
