@@danielanthonyestrada128 that's comparing apples to pears. Salaries are also much lower in Italy. E.g. a surgeon in Italy earns about 12000 Euros on average per month ie 140k per year. This means a medical specialist would not be able to buy this house as a summer house but perhaps would be able to buy it as a house to retire in.
great opening shot nick! you look right at home! italy is just so beautiful when wet too! what a wonderful ambience here! love it! the "rougher" textures against the smoother features are so gorgeous. the bedrooms upstairs are lovely - imagining waking up to that view and the second bedroom's lighting and creamy look feel like dreamland ;) then you stepped out into eden!!! what a beautiful feeling entering those spaces! this tour made me feel detached from the rest of the world lol like i entered a storybook :) ... i can see that price because i can see how keeping it's design simple and rustic in all the right places, accented absolutely every plus this place has to offer! so well done it blew me away!!! you've gone and done it again! italy pulls on my heartstrings!
Oh my goodness! There is nothing I even remotely dislike. I love it all! Maybe my favorite property you’ve shown. Yep, it is. If I had the money I’d be typing this from the plane on my way over the Atlantic!
Thanks Nick. Loved this one. So many spaces and that tower at the end could be amazing. I'm embarrassed by my guess this week at 875k. I was off by a million. :).
Jolly good fun picking your way in the bedrooms among the lovely and artfully arranged clothing all strewn on the floor, since there doesn’t seem to have anything to hang them on!
The last bedroom , with the bedrock, would be great converted …a sauna, a steam room and relaxation / dressing room, pool outside , just up the stairs . Perfect.
I have a services question… how easy or difficult is it to get gardeners, cleaners, handymen; perhaps housekeepers and such for a property like this? I’m of an age that assistance in those areas would be a must. I have a large family who would enjoy spending time here while in the quiet times I would happily do my own thing.
Very nice property, if a bit pricier than I was expecting. I was thinking 1.5 million or a little less. If that tower was renovated too, like the rest of the property, that 1.8 million would be a steal!
A hidden emerald green gem! Love the simplicity of the bedrooms. Room for art is beautiful. Need to utilize the height of that room. Nick you do find beautiful gems! Thank you.
I love love love all the greens and trees . The house is amazing and decoration +×+ It's way to big for us anyway . Nick , and all followers , hope you have a nice weekend where ever you are !
Ooh, nice place. Bedroom 2 is my fave, I love the painted beams, the bedhead, the hanging lights, and the peep hole window. The view from the first building over to the second building is divine, loving all the vine/ivy coverage. So, what exactly are we looking at through the glass of the last bedroom/apartment? Where does the ladder go? Is it a well? What a gorgeous property!
Really beautiful with a lot of potential. If you did not have a big family, the way the property is laid out you could even turn it Bed and Breakfast if you have the other needed skills to run one.
Truly perfect! The attention to detail and decorator sheik style was very much on point. The glass encased natural rock feature is a stroke of brilliance and adds a lot to an otherwise unremarkable space. It truly made the 3 mile walk with our wirehaired Vizslas Angus Portree and Flora MacDonald (and the chocolate croissant that accompanied my coffee afterwards) totally worth it! Keep up the great work and being a highlight on Saturday mornings! 🥂
Uh-Uh, that one immediately touched my heart deeply - the lush green nature around, the wines at the facades and walls (need some pruning btw) and very well-done renovation. Love it, love it, love it. Very unpretentious refurbishment. I do question having wine bottles next to an enormous fireplace, but I assume these aren't precious vintages. I think the winner for me was that bathroom with the viewing portal to the foundation bedrock. You have your own museum quality excavation exhibit while you're on the loo! Wow Nick❤ truly heaven on Earth some very unique features here that Rock Room you could maybe make that into a sauna and I think I saw a little corner spot outside where you could install a hot tub Maybe I could live blissfully happy there for the rest of my life thanks for sharing Nick love your videos until next time ciao❤
WOW!!! Idyllic! Love the sympathetic restoration. Art studio - tick! Kitchen needs an island for more work surface. Property needs a gardener to tame some of the vines. Prefer shower curtains - more privacy and no water spotted glass. ;-) Best property in a while. Thanks for sharing Nick. Wish I could buy it. Someone is going to have a lovely property.
Ciao Nick, I love this property, so when all my sisters come to visit, they will have sleeping quarters away from me. I love how they renovated it; the style is perfect for its surroundings. I think the price is spot on, I can't believe hoe cheap the property taxes are. I really loved this one. Amore da N.Y.
4 Seconds in and I am done Nick. I won't be able to take it if it gets better. And I have watched enough of your videos to know, it always gets better...... Now that I have watched the rest I can say that it did get better. Wow.
Hi Nick. Stunning property. At the same time rustic and modern farm house. The bedroom with several windows, first one, is simole amaizing. All the bathromm are perfect. But Ilove, Inever saw it before, a bathroom with that view!!! absolutly charmy. Thank you Nick it is so gorgeous.
Nick, I look at many realestate VLOGs and you are just the best. In your own words which make me grinn all the time:“stunning“. All the best. I love Italy except for their income tax eg pension tax system; a big reason to go to south of France in 2 years. Warm regards from Munich.
I really like this one. A few questions. 1- Did I see a wall air-conditioner or dehumidifier? 2- Does the fireplace work. 3- any work that needs to be fixed? If so what ? And cost? 4- the road to the house in the winter? 5- nearstest town? 6- furniture? 7- gas or oil heat? 8- cost Thx
Hi Nick 👋 a very peaceful lovely outside areas and very nice inside as well .. but not a home .. that tower tho would be amazing 🥰 I guess I'm a little shocked at the price seems quite high Thank you Nicholas, wonderful video!👍👌😁
Hi, great place. Are there inspections/reports for insulation and 'energy' efficiency in Italian properties which are similar to properties in France when selling or buying?
Really love this type of renovation. All the feel of world charm left intact although it's been transformed entirely (quite a feat) and the existing neutrals and low maintenance greenery is tailored to letting the entire property or parts of it, yet the ideal base for decorating, adding a bit of color and personality with art, antiques or modern design elements, bright flowers, for anyone looking to live here and personalize the property. This would be as ideal for family holidays, as a smallish hosted B&B business, or for someone who likes to host artistic workshops or meditative retreats thanks to that marvelous studio. It's a bit pricey, but I can just imagine the time and expense it took to transform it. It's always nice when there's that little bit of extra space to renovate and tailor to ones own needs, as building permits are kind of impossible without an existing building. The fact the pool was so accessible despite a kind of steep terrain, and fully fenced was a plus. That big outdoor space to commune in the shade, with a glorious view, is one of the major features that holds these houses together. I do think I'd have wanted a kitchenette in the "outhouses" for some basic autonomy, at least for breakfast and lunch though. Even if only used by one family. The environment looked almost dreamlike, with the dramatic views and overgrown vines, perhaps also bc of the misty weather. Gorgeous place for someone with a business plan to host painting workshops (just set up easles), writing workshops, yoga, or music (especially if there tower were added space for rehearsal). One of those properties I'd love to revisit in a few, when the new owners have settled, out of curiosity to see what it would look like. Loved watching this Nick. ❤❤❤
Magical getaway property. Love the oak. Don't know that I think (charming as it is) that the price tag is what I was expecting... disproportionate number of bedrooms versus living space, and very little storage space in any of the bedrooms, so really could only be a holiday rental as currently configured. Lots of vines that need cutting back- if they are growing over the render there may be damage from the suckers that would require work. Tower is an interesting prospect. Very pretty, lovely outdoor spaces- bravo to the owner on the presentation. Thank you as always for a lovely tour, Nick, and for braving the rain to bring it to us!
Cool spot. If the EU wasn't so much economic trouble, I would love to move to Italy, my favorite country, but probably live in the Mediterranean, I love the sea.
Helpful hint. My OCD has turned what was supposed to be a relaxing channel binge into a blood pressure spike. You may have Peripheral vision but your camera does not. "This room has a great view!" You say? Great. Guess we'll take your word for it. We never saw it. I just found your channel and was so excited! This is my 5th video. Every video I went to comments and typed things like, could you turn to the right every now and then? Could you span a room so we can see it all? Could you show to the left and right? Could you aim the camera down every now and then? By God, I was yelling and cussing like a sailor trying to watch this last one. Yes, this will be the last video of yours I try to watch. 5 is the magic number to quit. It was like someone taped a camera to a giraffe and just let it run through this property. From what I was able to see, this is everything we are looking for and the first house that the design was perfect. Maybe I am saying that because I could not see much of it and just imagined what I wanted? Who knows. I get you could not show it all for whatever excuse you had. But by God, the amount of time you spent showing ceilings and what you liked, you could have shown the other two walls of the room! I saw a comment someone gasped at the price. Probably so much more of the home that they were never able to see. I do not mean to sound like an awful person but, really? I mean really? If you are going to take the time to drive out, video a property, edit [?] then post it, ehy would you not spend the extra 5 min to really show this house? You were frolicking about like, "want to see this? Hahaha, nope! Just kidding! I am just going to show you just parts of a room!" It is like this in the all the videos I have seen yet, but this is by far the worst! I deleted my past comments on your videos but at this point, I feel like I'm losing my mind. Why would you even bother? It is awful, as a viewer getting so excited about a house, yet only getting partial glimpses of areas. I am supposed to be searching to bring my husband the homes I'm interested in but I do not think I can make it through one more video of yours. I know the competition for views on TH-cam is hard and there are tons of channels but I can just not watch you- but many people ask why they do not have more views or what they may be doing wrong. So I am leaving my comment this time. It truly is a shame this video is such shambles as this is an absolutely stunning home, from what I could see, and in theory checked all of our boxes, but we will never know and that really brings a lot of disappointment after looking hard this past year. Last bit for a thought, my father always said, "I refuse to buy from someone who is not trying to sell". Were the owners happy with this video of their home? I would be furious. So, you can take this as constructive criticism or toss it. There's thousands of Italian homes for sale videos. Good luck!
This is such a lucious and peaceful property. The large lower room with a wall of windows would make an ideal party room or summer lounge. The entire property is very interesting to look at ...nothing boring. I love it all.
For the size of the property overall the kitchen is rather small, I could not imagine having to walk outside to go to a bedroom, especially if you needed to go to the toilet, as some do not even have a toilet installed. They have let everything to over grow, also no mention of anything about heating/cooling etc. Also why did you not go into the first shower/toilet room? I have seen better properties for the same money.
It is meant for a rustric retreat to my thinking. The kitchen is small in scale and not a gathering place. It seems the design is more like a series of hotel rooms, no real closets. Yet it could be made into an extended family home easily. Personal art on the walls. I’m not sure about the glass wall into the bedrock. A bit eccentric and maybe feel like a burial chamber. Again, I love the diversity your channel provides. If only for design elements it is wonderful to see what others have imagined and brought into reality. I would think a man designed this one. No bidets, and above all no bathtubs?
This would make an amazing family retreat for vacations! I think 1.8m isn't _too_ bad concidering the sq.mtrs as well as the plot size _and_ the pool size 😊👍👏 As always Nick, a _very_ enjoyable tour of an interesting property. Looking forward to the next one! Take care, and happy hunting! Best wishes from Peter & Nanette 🇩🇰🇺🇸
The way you said 1.8 million like that's cheap just made me burst into laughter. Still, great property and love your videos.
Glad you enjoyed it. 🤗
Lol i live in silicon valley and that is cheap compared to here!!!!!!😅

Wenn Du Geld hättest, hätten andere es auch - dann wäre es schon längst verkauft...
A happy Tuscan rain. Nourish & de-stress the greenery and fill up all those ancient aquifers. Just perfect.
Exactly! Thank you for watching 🤗
I'm sure some would disagree, but all those vines (on the house, not the outdoor eating area) need a major cut back! I do love the house otherwise.
I agree. Anything wood is rotting away and bugs! Eeek
Thanks Nick. Loved this one. So many spaces and that tower at the end could be amazing. I'm embarrassed by my guess this week at 875k. I was off by a million. :).
Your price was right.
This is a clear case of speculator investment. Minimum investment for maximum profit.
Welcome to the new Tuscany.
Perfect spot for a meditative retreat.
Yes indeed! Thank you for watching
Wait a year or two ...price will fall 600.000 Euro...Seen it on different other objects....
So many things to like about this one, really appreciate the exterior spaces and how the greenery binds the property. Thank you Nick!

Nice job on renovating the place. There is nothing to be said. Nice job and nice place.
Hi Nick. Thank you for all your videos. My husband & I eagerly anticipate & watch each one. I have a question I hope you can answer. I frequently see a design feature in older Italian farmhouses where there is a flight of steps leading up to a covered front door on the first story (not the ground floor where stables used to be). Is there an architectural term or even an Italian term for that unique feature? Thank you🙏🏻
Not that I know of. It’s because these buildings were designed as farmhouses. I hope this helps and apologies for my delay. ❤️🙏🤗
A paradise on earth specially made for a big family. I loved the outside areas. Thank you Nick.
That's a great idea! Thank you so much 🤗🤗
! beautiful - love the house, love where it is, love the views, heavenly..
Thank you so much! It is!!
It is wonderful, just a bit too white. Would brighten it up a bit and bring some of that wonderful green inside 🪴
This was so charming!!! I can see so much potential as a designer!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for watching 🤗🤗🤗
Couldnt you have gotten something similar closer to home in the UK?
The Green Maze. I love all of the separate spaces. The tower would become my husbands archive and I’d only rarely see him out of it, lol!
🤣 🤣 thank you for watching 🤗🤗🤗
WOW!!! Idyllic! Love the sympathetic restoration. Art studio - tick! Kitchen needs an island for more work surface. Property needs a gardener to tame some of the vines. I guessed $1.5 M. Lovely rambling estate, Nick! I think it needs a gardener who hates Ivy!
It's 1.8 million euro...ship shape jolly soon ....lol
What a cool place! Love it!
So beautiful ♥️ tutta la cosa bella 🙏🏼 Thank you
Thank you for watching 😀
I really like this one. A few questions.
1- Did I see a wall air-conditioner or dehumidifier?
2- Does the fireplace work.
3- any work that needs to be fixed? If so what ? And cost?
4- the road to the house in the winter?
5- nearstest town?
6- furniture?
7- gas or oil heat?
8- cost
Thx

Hi Nick. Is there a cooking area/kitchen in the second house? Thank you.
No. 🙏
Hi, great place. Are there inspections/reports for insulation and 'energy' efficiency in Italian properties which are similar to properties in France when selling or buying?
I believe there is. You could also get all the information from the architect as their office is in the valley below! Thanks for watching

It is like this in the all the videos I have seen yet, but this is by far the worst! Good luck!
Games room/studio - maybe 60 sm, not 600. You just got a bit excited. 😊
Preciosa y hermosas vistas saludos Nick😍🤗
Lovely, simply lovely! 🥰👍🥂❤️
They need to get the vines off everything otherwise it’s fantastic.
I think worth price very beautiful whats in the cage on bathroom snakes?!
😂 it’s a beautiful property. Thank you. 🙏
Hola!! La amé 🏡🏡, gracias Nick!!!
❤️❤️❤️
This is such a lucious and peaceful property. The large lower room with a wall of windows would make an ideal party room or summer lounge. The entire property is very interesting to look at ...nothing boring. I love it all.
For the size of the property overall the kitchen is rather small, I could not imagine having to walk outside to go to a bedroom, especially if you needed to go to the toilet, as some do not even have a toilet installed. They have let everything to over grow, also no mention of anything about heating/cooling etc. Also why did you not go into the first shower/toilet room? I have seen better properties for the same money.
Beautiful!
I love it
Very Nice ❤
Bellisimo!!!🥰😍
Great space! Way too much property and too much money for me. But someone is going to really get lucky with this place 👍
The weather over there in Tuscany is exactly the same as where I am in the Antipodes -overcast, gloomy with light showers
It’s been 37 degree for the last week. Summer has arrived 😊
sooo beautiful!!
Shocked at the price.
Lovely
Fun!! Thank you!
Pleasure. 🙏
This would make an amazing family retreat for vacations! I think 1.8m isn't _too_ bad concidering the sq.mtrs as well as the plot size _and_ the pool size 😊👍👏
As always Nick, a _very_ enjoyable tour of an interesting property.
Looking forward to the next one! Take care, and happy hunting! Best wishes from Peter & Nanette 🇩🇰🇺🇸
