    Her voice relaxed me even more instantly!
    I went into Hypnosis listening to her, I feel so rejuvenated. I’m going to keep listening to see how it works. I did an in person RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) on my my birthday 3/27 of this year. It did wonders, so hopefully the weight loss hypnosis works.

    I have to say, that I got more and more uncomfortable and anxious after you tried to explain, that the method of mindful eating is so simple. You got that right, that it feels like it needs a more complex solution to justify the struggle (around minute 14).
    But also for me it’s not that I want something more challenging, the mindful eating itself IS the great challenge, and it just makes you feel more like a failure if you can’t follow those “simple rules” and I say that as someone who already gave it a few chances and actually agrees to the fact, that this is the best, if not only way to get and keep a healthy weight.
    The worst part was around 15:42 in my opinion it definitely takes extra time and a huge effort. You have to take the time to cook, eat slowly and focused without multitasking (which would save you time) and preferably clean up after. Also as someone who’s struggling with decisions I see myself paralyzed over the decision what’s the best thing to eat until I’m so hungry and frustrated, that I start stuffing myself. I have asked myself these questions several times, you make it sound like it’s so easy to answer them truthfully and then go through with the right thing to do. Unfortunately it’s not.
    I get , that this hypnosis is supposed to influence you in a way, that you do the right thing subconsciously, but the more I listened, the more I tensed up and the more I got anxious and angry.
    Well anyway, maybe this hypnosis is just not for me, but I felt so intensely about it I wanted to let you know and I thought I might not be alone with this opinion and experience.

      To be honest this video is a starting point, to give an idea of a way forward, it's not intended to resolve more complex issues. The way you describe your experiences and your reaction to the video suggests to me that you won't find what you need on TH-cam. Would you consider getting some 1-1 support, maybe with a psychologist specialising in this area? Is that an option for you at the moment?

    Honestly I usually love your videos. You really know what you're doing because they help me sleep. But I have realized that I don't like the new graphics. I wish you just did the old ones without all the technology.
