    I really hope this helps me even if its just a small motivator. This is the heaviest I've ever been and I don't like seeing myself in the mirror and I know that's not healthy.

      💗💗💗 you matter no matter how much you weigh. im going through the same thing right now. go on even a small walk a day and aim to eat nutritious food in a calorie deficit and you will see amazing results! you dont need to change though. you deserve to love your skin and feel happy! 💗💗💗

    Am I the only one that feels very annoyed by myself that whenever I start hypnosis like this my body just itch out of no where? Or sometimes my muscle just twitch out of the blue. Its so damn hard so concentrate.

    I watched the first weight loss video and it just helped me for a day, because it's really easy to want to eat more when my parents and my sister eat a lot, in my mind I know "I'm not hungry anymore, it's already enough", but the thought that "I need more" is always there.
    I have a real problem with overeating, and this is what has helped me the most so far. Now I need this more than ever because I'm planning to start going to the gym!

    Its difficult because I don't think my overeating is just about comfort, it's also a way I can punish myself.

      Try doing something that will distract you or will distance you from food. Go for a walk, exercise, play a game. And drink water/tea, it helps me a lot. Good luck!

    Honestly I just eat because I’m bored or because I think of food and then just go for food, and since I don’t feel like doing something elaborate I eat something unhealthy. Vacations and Quarantine are getting me really bored so...

    My weight gain is due to medical conditions. Specifically hypothyroidism and PCOS. This week I'm going to get tested for Cushing's and possibly endometriosis. I used to be 115 lbs at 5'7". I gained 100lbs in 2.5 months. Life is a beast right now.

      You need to take iodine 5% two drops in some water first thing in the morning. Wait at least 5 min to eat or take any other vit. Also take Selenium to activate it in less than two hours after taking iodine. It will regulate tour thyroid. I used to suffer big with it as well. Give it a try you'll notice a difference in couple of days already as your methabolism will start to go back on track=accelerate.

      I learned recently hormone imbalances cause specific body fat type (where your body stores its most fat), I was looking up stuff on adrenal and thyroid imbalances, and last night I was reading articles about the direct correlation between PCOS and hypothyroid, as well as insulin resistance. Some things I've read and heard before, but it's not necessarily "common" knowledge. I share this in case you are also interested in doing research for yourself, starting with the articles on this site.

      I had hypothyroidism at 52 and put on weight... Did not know the 2 were related! ... I had a hypothydroidectomy but weight is still a problem.. Did you try the iodine and selenium?

    I had always been SUPER sceptical about hypnosis.... 2 days ago is when I came across this video, and oh my, what a difference! I have my alarm set to 7am, and actually wake up at that time.... I've been taking the dogs on walks, and noticed a mood shift for the better. :)

    I’ve STRUGGLED with food my entire life. Have been through intense bulimia, still struggle with it here and there. Nothing brings me joy and simultaneously, self loathing, like food.
    It’s a ridiculous problem to have and I’m so. so. pissed. at myself for constantly overeating and wanting more mere minutes later. It’s pathetic.
    Also pissed that food can even be an issue in the first place. Having food shouldn’t be a struggle, starvation is a struggle, war is, chronic disease is.
    But here I am. With my first world problem. So annoying.

      This is exactly why eating more than we need becomes a way of coping because it is so enjoyable, because it engages our senses so comprehensively. However, if the way you currently understand what is going on is getting you where you need to be, fantastic, but if not, maybe there is something to be said for considering alternative explanations.     I really, really wanna do this but I have misophonia, so when I hear the wet sounds of the whispering I really can't concentrate on anything else.     Doctor, I have some constructive criticism for you and I hope you will receive this in the spirit it is intended. I am a sound engineer with 30 plus years of experience. You do have a fine ASMR type speaking voice, but when you whisper, it does present certain issues with the audio portion of your TH-cam videos. When you turn up the sensitivity of a microphone, it picks up sounds made by your mouth when you whisper and other background noise that can be very distracting. So I would like to suggest that you try the following.
    1. Get a better mic, my first suggetion would be a Shure SM58 model. This mic has been an industry standard since the late 1960s and it is still one of the best all around vocal mics available, they cost about $90 or so. When you record, don't whisper, speak in a low, quiet voice, like you would use if you were speaking to someone in a quiet room who is sitting about 3 feet away. Put the mic on a proper boom type mic stand so you can keep your hands free, position the mic so you are speaking directly into it, and set it about 3 inches from your mouth. Whenpeople watch your videos, they can adjust the volume level on their computers, etc to their preference for ASMR listening. I believe this will improve the quality of your videos immensely!

      Maybe try meditation first? It’s good practice for clearing your mind... when you can focus on only her words, I think it’ll be easier x
