ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Hope & Happiness (Soft Spoken)

  • This soft spoken ASMR Sleep Hypnosis will help you to change your perspective and find hope, happiness and positivity for the future, regardless of what is going on in the world around you. This is an ASMR sleep hypnosis so it includes ASMR triggers for relaxation and sleep (including mouth sounds). It ends with a deep sleep induction and extended natural white noise soundscape of woodland sounds and bird song to stabilise sleep.
    Hypnosis is an effective compliment to psychotherapy but is not a stand alone treatment. To maximise it's impact listen to the main hypnosis outside of when you are trying to achieve a trance state in order to engage your conscious mind in the challenge of changing your perspective.
    ASMR can provide short term relief from stress, insomnia and other sleep problems but for longer term relief it needs to be used alongside evidence based therapies that target the underlie cause of these problems.
    I am a doctor of clinical psychology and I use hypnosis regularly alongside evidence based talking therapies to help people to change their perspective and develop hope and positivity.
    If you have been struggling with low mood or hopelessness about the future for an extended period of time please speak to your doctor about getting some professional support. There are many effective treatments available, there is no need to suffer.

    I only found your channel a few nights ago, but you’ve already helped me so much. I lost my father very unexpectedly just over a month ago now and this has easily been the darkest time in my life. Your channel has brought a bit of light and relaxation. Thank you for what you’re doing.

    Hi can you do one for less screen time, I am currently spending a major part of my day on the phone and am unable to reduce it. Also could you include positive reinforcement in the same to spend time creatively instead, like sketching and painting? Appreciate your work a lot, thank you :)

    I would love some more lucid dream videos! My difficulty is when ever I realise I'm in a dream and can do what I like regardless of my surroundings, I'm unable to move. I'll try to walk, really focus on trying each step but if I am able to move it won't even be sloth speed 🙈 then the dream will change (and the surroundings) because I've been whacked or something hahah. I have very vivid dreams, I don't always remember them but I don't think they're really ever in a new location. I remember all of the different dream map layouts if that makes any sense and the situations that usually occur around them. It's kind of like Alice in Wonderland in my dreams, do other people get this or am I officially crazy?😁

    With all my respect for your work and effort you have put in it, for me this visional aid is not helpful at all but rather creepy (looks like a tail? 😂).
    The way you blinked in stages makes the whole experience robotic and remote rather than connecting to audience.
    If you are to begin a video whispering, please continue whispering for the whole video, as volume was turned up for your whisper and then you just started talking and it was not very pleasant.
    I have my favourite videos where these requirements of mine are fulfilled and I often go back to them, but it would be nice to receive ome new content to enjoy fully. 🙌
