Mother-Daughter Duo vs. Mother-Daughter Duo

The plaintiff’s daughter was good friends with the defendant’s daughter until the plaintiff forbade her daughter from going to the defendant’s home due to domestic violence issues. In retaliation, the plaintiff claims the defendant’s daughter vandalized her car, so the plaintiff is suing the child’s mother for the damages.
