Passyone is somehow pronounced “Pashawn” - good lord, this is why I could never teach public school, I’d be messing up names left and right. I know these mothers think they’re being creative but come on.
I love JM!!!! However, I’m under the impression that these older males are all on drugs or alcohol if they date this young. 😢. This has to be some form of abuse.
I wonder how many bridges did the defendant burn with other people before she felt she had no other option but to slither back to a man she claims is so abusive when he’s drunk (which appears to be often) that she’s afraid of him? Apparently, she was not fearful enough to avoid seeking a loan from, according to her, a man she said is verbally and physically abusive when inebriated. It had been several years since they were in what she described was a volatile and violent relationship after their first year together. In fact, according to the defendant it’s possible that the plaintiff might have allegedly been involved in the fire that ended the life of one of her children. And yet this is the person that she chose to reach out to for financial help? That sounds crazy. Why risk the potential harm to yourself to borrow money just to get your car fixed? Why not ask someone else who isn’t an alleged “threat” to you? Thank goodness the plaintiff had the presence of mind to get a signed document stating that the defendant would pay him back the money that she borrowed. Good job on the decision Judge Mathis!

He didn't deny that she was wrong. But if you're so afraid of someone and knows they are crazy. Why borrow money from that person? You can't be too afraid of them. She still owes him tho.

Peoples court cancelled as well. I'm thinking another network or avenue may pick them up.
He did his time💯
Look how he strolled in🤣🤣🤣 I’m done
Sad ! She could not figure out the words when JM asked to verbalize what might be some issues when 30 gets with 19, but she is right at those differences in age all kinds of things can go wrong.
Did you miss the part when they say she has 3 kids already?
Miss Ann Adventures The relationship was problematic because of the age difference

This was a good episode. Too funny.
He’s drunk in the vm too 😳 😂 she needs to get and STAY FAR FROM HIM! glad she never had kids with him.

So what are older women on when they date younger men 🤔🤔🤔

She stayed with that man long enough for her kids to get."old enough" to not require her full attention and split lol
She lost me when she said “a child died in a fire“. You mean YOUR CHILD?? ..Her baby died in a fire and she says it so matter of factly. 🤯. Boffum elevators don’t go all the way to the top. 🤣🤣
What type of parenting and childhood and development do you think a 19 year old with three children who then spent 20 years with an abusive drunk had? What type of coping skills has she developed, what type of intellectual and emotional maturity has she developed? None of this should be shocking
@@worldhealthrn Werr not talking about a 19yr old woman. She’s grown (in court). I don’t know what video you watched, but I’m talking about TODAY. Keep up 👏🏽
Hopefully men walk away first before putting hands on anyone. But the defendant most definitely owes for the loan in this case.

He was sick for getting with her at that age! He used the fact that she had all those kids and her youth to his advantage! He should have went and got a woman his own age! That girl got tired of sexing an old man!!!! She used her body, womanly ways to get him to do what she wanted! She knew what too do!
Exactly
Wow I definitely don’t agree with JM and I usually do but he was wrong for this that woman wanted to get the facts straight from the jump and he was agitated with her for that then she told him how he mistreated and he agreed that he was drunk belligerent and abusive towards her on the messages! What more proof/credibility did he want from her?
Seriously.
He didn't deny that she was wrong. But if you're so afraid of someone and knows they are crazy. Why borrow money from that person? You can't be too afraid of them. She still owes him tho.

If she was ANY TYPE OF SCARED of him- ain't no way she gon beg to use his car or borrow money when they haven't been together for years! & if she was SCARED- she would have paid him back immediately because she would not have wanted that side of him to come out! That man was just talking noise!(Like my 4'10" self do!🤣) That's why he brought her to court! A crazy MAD man would have put all 4 of her tires on flat, sugar in the tank, keyed her car, etc... 3 kids at 19??? She's constantly making bad decisions. He also made a bad decision even dealing with her. She's for the streets.
Also, banks still exist. Get a loan. Take some damn accountability.
Could’ve been abused at a young age
19 is barely an adult... So she was a teenager. As we see he's much older. So I'm willing to bet the father of her children is probably older too.
No telling what her childhood trauma, but u will blame her regardless for her "bad decisions" as a teenager 🙄

I didn’t think that voicemail was funny she already said he was abusive and 35 dating 19 is a major red flag although if the note was signed I see that the judge has to go by law & not feelings in this case
