Dragging the Kids into Drama

The plaintiff says the defendant dated her brother and they have a child. She says the defendant vandalized her brother’s property and had him falsely arrested. Now that they’ve split up, the defendant is harassing the whole family, so she’s suing her. The defendant says she saw the plaintiff sell crack to her own mother. She’s countersuing for harassment.
