My favourite song in this album. Such a nice, peaceful sound.
Mysterious, eerie and beautiful too. Positive as well. Could be the perfect 'funeral' song too. Uplifting.

Yet sadly not being aware of it. She hates the album this is from, and the passing of years seems to have only likely changed it into complete indifference and disregard-which is equally damaging, I assure you. Thank God for us, then, and there was a reason it was voted Best Kim Wilde Song of 2001 when her fansite began. It beat all the same 6 singles most go on about. Cool!

I am one of those Kim fans who will listen to a song endlessly. I have no problem listening to this song for hours on end. It makes me feel peaceful, calm, tranquil... Simply put just good. Thank you so much for the music, Kim.
God, you sound just like me. Just can't get through the day without Kim Wilde songs, especially here 1982, 1983 & 1984 period, which is where her 3 career-best albums come from, plus all the "Catch" stuff, including the 3 songs that didn't make the album are criminally struck from her career via most people's minds, plus her own! WE keep them alive!! I sing and play her songs every day-ALL of them, though I'm less obsessed with that flipping 'Kids' song than most of her world!!

I wonder if Kimk would ever perform this song live. That would be real magic.
You'd have to ask her via twitter or somewhere else, but my guess would be not. She hasn't ever, so why now? She has the most amazing songs, but the total wrong attitude to them; she only likes about 15% of her career, and it's this same 15% that is forever there on her live shows-made even worse these days by her unending random covers, which seem to half fill the show, making a live Kim show not quite the 'Shangri-La'/'Heaven' it should be. As I said below to Tomas, she sadly hates the album its from, or simply disregarded so long she now forgets everything on it and how they go, and has no wish or intention of ever rectifying that. Something from "Love Moves" or "Now & Forever" is sadly more likely. Hell, she don't even do 'Love Blonde' any more, so this has NO chance.

@@maksphoto78 Well someone has to say it, instead pretending it isn't the truth. Seriously, saw her at Koko in London 3 years ago, and the only thing that hampered an otherwise perfect night (apart from that 'Kids' song always being the closer) was there was NOTHING from "Catch" at all, and, worse, I KNEW it would be like this. Don't know why anyone hasn't picked up on this. The complete absence of a year's material from every show going since the album was out must SURELY be for obviously dubious reasons, or she so in awe of it, she can't think how to do it justice live?! Oh come on.

Kim a chanté et écrit de superbes mélodies, des chansons d’amour. Je pense que son erreur, à un moment donné, a été de vouloir s’orienter vers de la « dance » qui ne lui allait pas du tout, et qui a déçu et désorienté ses fans.
OUI tu as surement raison,mais tout comme tant d'autres,Voulzy souchon,chamfort lui le plus perdu!!alors que c'est le commerce des autres tels elton john qui lui ne choc personne avec ces moults remix dances..et lavilliers lui totalement enterré!!bref elle à son public qui ne fait pas la difference entre ces differents styles emprunté au punk(ces débuts) LA DANCE RESTE donc une appogiature de carrière!!!!!!
