My guess is that Batman refuses to kill the Joker but Jason kills Joker and Tim Drake. Batman wakes up (it takes place after the TOTJ flashback) it's all a nightmare but Bruce isn't 100% sure until he goes to see Tim at the hospital and he decides he's never taking anyone else under his wing. Flash forward to 4 years later. Bruce Wayne is missing and Alfred finds clues he might be somewhere in Europe. He stops at a Cafe to get his morning Cofee and see as winking Bruce Wayne with Salina Kyle... ok... I have no idea how this will end but I feel like it might cause this youtube channel to supernova.

Bruce also finds Jason Todd in 1994 and the flashback sequences in BTAC occur from 1994-1995 culminating in Jason's "death" and Batman's search for the supposed dead Robin. In 1998, the episode "Sins of the Father" happens and Bruce takes in Tim Drake as his ward and he becomes the third Robin. That's also the year the events of TNBA occur. However, episodes that do not feature or mention either Dick Grayson as Nightwing or Tim Drake as Robin may be pushed to have happened much earlier into the timeline than initially believed. In this comic, Tim mentions that he's been Robin for about a year so that would put the events of the BTAC comic series in 1999 or at least when the events of that comic series starting. Hopefully, that helps the timeline. 2 Some other details about this timeline I made that you should know would be the following: A. I didn't take into account the events of any previous DCAU tie-in material like comics and web shows since Paul Dini and Alan Burnett are just ignoring them and are only considering the DCAU TV shows and DTV movies as canon. Here's where the exceptions come in, the Bat Armor (seen in the BB episode Disappearing Inque) and the Beyond suit since they were meant to help Bruce compensate for his increasing age. This wasn't a problem with the Super Armor since that was a big and bulky suit meant to take on Superman-esque level threats. The Bat Armor was meant to be a replacement for Batman's default suit and to combat his advancing age. This suit also put considerable strain on his heart. Trying to integrate a flight system into the Bat Armor would be impossible since the Bat Armor would have to be made even bulkier just to have a flight system integrated into it and would have been too difficult for Bruce to use hence why he didn't put that feature into it. Bruce wouldn't be able to integrate a flight system into a bat suit that was smooth and efficient until the creation of the Beyond suit. C. In order to explain some historical events and pop culture references in this comic series, I'll just take a page from you guys on this one and say that events happened earlier than normal or in a similar but not quite the same way. That would explain the 9/11 and Family Guy references. As for characters having technology more advanced than the era there living in, maybe Vandal Savage's World War II scheme had more ramifications on the DCAU than initially thought. Maybe the technology he sent back in time or at least the components of it got trickled down over time and caused the DCAU to advance faster than regular world. Hopefully, my suggestions help you in some way when making you guys are making your timeline.

It's a bit weird for a building to burn next to the Iceberg Lounge without comment in the story, although it's possible that said thing happened anyways. Actually, the Joker car is only playable in one segment in the main story of Arkham Knight. You don't unlock it after 100%, 200%, or even 240%ing the game (that's with NG+ and Season of Infamy DLC). You do get a version of the main batsuit with a yellow/gold bat symbol though!

If you go back to the seventies too, they are a really fun duo in Scooby Doo meets Batman episodes from "the new Scooby Doo show". They have names for eachother like "pengy wengy" and other very well iliterated nicknames that I can't think of off the top of my head. Go watch it tho it's a really fun time

The chemicals Jason is carrying could be a venom cocktail, as Jason has carried small doses of venom with him in the comics (I think). MR. WING BABY!!!!! Nobody does crime better than he does!!! Oh there’s plenty of locations on the map I didn’t list, just focused on the ones that Jason had been pinpointed to.
A few things that I found:
Grant Park could also be to Grant Walker, as he is rich and very well could own a park, as he did try to create an entire new isolated city.
Jason puts Tim in a trap similar to the trap Joker put Batman in during the episode, "Be a Clown".
Alcohol has been present in the DCAU, actually in the Iceberg Lounge. In the episode, "Joker's Millions", Ernie, Joker's assistant, dresses up as Joker and goes to the Iceberg Lounge. He is shown drinking a bottle of wine.
The chemicals Jason is carrying could be a venom cocktail, as Jason has carried small doses of venom with him in the comics (I think).

In reference to your point raised at 22:00, I think Batman is just saying that Croc is currently again in solitary, following their encounter in, I guess, "Judgement Day," not that he's been there ever since Jason's attack.
That’s not what the dialogue implies, it implies he’s been there since the attack from Jason.
