Gordon always knowing Batman's identity is something I've always kind of headcanoned since I'm pretty sure in the comics, he knew that Barbara was Batgirl, but never brought it up because she's stubborn like her old man and she was making a difference. Likewise, he never brings up the fact that he would figure out the rest of the identities of the Bat-Family because he respects them too much.
Did you know in the story mission of Arkham Knight that has you interrogating Penguin with thugs holding you down but Nightwing comes in to save you, if Nightwing has a baseball bat in his hand, then you finish the fight while Nightwing still holding the bat, he will still have the bat in the cutscene following the fight, after the cutscene is over, the bat will be flying mid-air where Nightwing was standing but Nightwing won't have the bat in his hand anymore.
The Grundy / Pinkney theory is interesting. There’s some issues trying to fit it into canon (especially considering the connection between Grundy and Ra’s who claims to have been alive for 600 years thanks to discovering Lazarus through Grundy, but if you squint enough, I think the theory is definitely plausible if you ignore the character bios
I've never taken the bios to the forefront of canon anyway, remember how busted the Asylum biographies were? really well written but they didn't even fit in it's own universe

I think Jim didn’t know Bruce was Batman, at least not before Arkham City. After all, if you listen to the police radio right at the beginning of Arkham city, you can actually hear Jim comment that Bruce is probably going to use his unlawful arrest to sue the police force and get himself a vacation. Maybe Jim is trying to protect Bruce’s identity by pretending that he is a one dimensional spoiled, rich kid, but that doesn’t seem like the kind of thing he would say if he knew Bruce was Batman at that time I definitely think when Jason called Batman “Bruce“ Jim, being a smart detective, put two and two together. But I also think when he and Jim became allies, he stopped caring who Batman was.

You make a mistake with the timeline. A matter of family can take place only 1 year before the events of Asylum. Jason was tortured by Joker for roughly a year and he escaped on the night of the Asylum incident. And Tim was only recruited after Jason went missing/was "murdered" by Joker. So since Tim is the Robin in the DLC it can't be that long before the events of Asylum. Further evidence is that Tim is still treated like a new and inexperienced Robin by the time of City (in Game and supplemental material) as well as Batmans absence in the A matger of family DLC being heavily implied being due to the recent "death" of Jason
I love Batman: Arkham theories especially after all the years has passed I loved all these even though some can be hit or miss especially when it’s jus fun to think about the interesting things that could’ve happen during the events of all 4 games despite us not knowing or learning the truth about how accurate these theories truly are only for some but I love this I hope this becomes its own series like the Disturbing Details series.
