The 40 and 45 is pretty slow even tuned. Stay w/ regular 2.0 252hp for a fun tuning experience. May even need to find a transverse 2.0t or move to the 3.0t cause the longitudinal is almost maxed out at 345hp no safe universal ethanol tunes yet.

@@monalisakamener7984 The reason the Audi won is because it has a dual clutch gearbox, a torque converter loses a lot of power from the engine to the wheels. Not like Mat said "Seems like the Audi has a stronger engine".
Atleast BMW doesen't lie about their emissions. Also both engines are great, if you get a stage 1 tune on both, they will do the exact same times. The audi has a bit more HP and torque and its also a bit lighter. Nothing to do with engines. The weight difference makes more difference since the bimmer was only 0.3 sec slower.
@Do One I used to own a 2009 Audi A5 2.0 and i had issues regarding the engine multiple times. I now have a 2015 430i with a stage 1 tune and it has been fine for the 2 years that I have owned it. I don’t know if I’m lucky or not but mine has been pretty reliable.
What you want? A 60hp car? Who tf cares about the acceleration and all that stuff, when they buy that things. This is pretty normal cars you can be interesting how they're going, you don't have 500hp but not 60hp, almost 200 is OK for normal people.

Atleast BMW doesen't lie about their emissions. Also both engines are great, if you get a stage 1 tune on both, they will do the exact same times. The audi has a bit more HP and torque and its also a bit lighter. Nothing to do with engines. The weight difference makes more difference since the bimmer was only 0.3 sec slower.
I dont think either the audi or bmw made this kind of engine for performance lol. Its just for fuel economy while still having a german luxury car.
@Do One I used to own a 2009 Audi A5 2.0 and i had issues regarding the engine multiple times. I now have a 2015 430i with a stage 1 tune and it has been fine for the 2 years that I have owned it. I don’t know if I’m lucky or not but mine has been pretty reliable.
