    반미 만들고 싶었는데 마침 영상올라와서 오늘 따라해봤어요! 이스트 사용하는 베이킹은 처음 해보는거라서 실패 할까봐 걱정했는데,, 너무너무 맛있게 잘 됐어요ㅠㅠ 베트남 출신인 외숙모도 드시고 맛있다고 하시고 ㅎㅎ 어렵지 않은 레시피라 종종 해먹을 것 같아요! 좋은 레시피 공유해주셔서 감사해요! 😋

    Second time making bahn mi baguette and this one turned out great! Thanks so much for the recipe and the clear and to the point video! My baguette looked fluffious (fluffy and luscious) and so very soft. I love how I don't need to use a mixer or knead at all.
    First try: I didn't get my steam going well enough. Putting cold water in the tray instead of hot water thinking the oven will boil the water anyways.
    Result: beautiful fluffy, super soft buns, no crust.
    Second try: did it correctly this time and achieve the crispy crust

    Thank so much for your recipe! It turned out wonderfully with 3 gr salt because my health eating no to very law salt. I also
    divided it into 8 loafs of 86gr. baked! Hot water pan removed after the first 8 minutes, continued baking 12-15minutes. Stay healthy!

    This bread is very traditional in my hometwon, Guadalajara México. We call it birote, it is believed that the name comes from the french baker who start producing this bread un México.

    0:20 겨울 255g 따뜻한물(여름은 실온물 250g), 드라이이스트 7g , 설탕10 g , 실온달걀 1개 를 섞어준다
    0:50 버터 30g 녹이고 소금 8g 섞는다
    1:00 이스트 섞어놓은 물에 강력분 500g섞는다. 약간 덩어리 질때까지..
    1:17 밀가루 반죽에 버터+소금을 넣고 섞는다
    1:29 손 반죽, 밀가루가 안 보일때까지만 , 15 분휴지
    1:45 펴서 밀기 5번 후 동그랗게 말아서 15분 휴지
    2:33 꾹꾹눌러 모서리 말아서 3번 접고 동그랗게 말아서 1차 발효 50분 전자렌지에서 따뜻한물과함께
    3:10바람 빼서 꺼내고 5등분 175g 으로 나눠서 접고 접고 동그랗게 말아서 10분 휴지
    3:54 밀대로 길쭉하게 밀고 끝부터 돌돌 말고 누르고 반복해서 고구마처럼 성형하고 구움팬에 올려서 2차발효 1시간
    5:08 그릇에 타월넣고 물 넣어 스팀효과 준비. 2차발효 끝나기 30분 전에 오븐 예열시작 220도
    5:33 빵에 물뿌리기 (바삭해짐) , 위에 칼집 내주기
    5:47 210도 25분 오분에 굽기

    Today I bring you a super easy recipe for a soft baguette with a crispy outside. I prefer to score deeply and eat with plain butter or cream. The bread itself is simply outstanding! There is almost no need to knead, and the process is simple and easy! I bet you will be surprised too!
    오늘은 정말 쉽고 겉은 바삭하며 속은 촉촉하고 부드러운 샌드위치용 바게트를 만들어 봤어요. 저는 쿠프를 조금 깊게 내서 그냥 구워서 버터나 크림을 발라 먹는데, 정말정말 맛있어서 앉은 자리에서 두 개는 먹어 치웠답니다! 반죽을 거의 안하고 과정이 너무나 쉬운 무반죽 소프트 바게트! 만들기 쉬우니까 꼭 한번 만들어보세요.

      @@MrSijinpark 무반죽 빵은 쉽게 말해서 글루텐 만들어주는 과정 ( 치대는 것)을 생략하여 만든 빵을 무반죽빵이라고 합니당! 치대어 글루텐을 활성화 시켜주는 대신, 발효시켜가는 중에 접어주기를 통해 글루텐을 강화시켜 줍니당

    Thk you for the easy baguette video. My baguette is crispy on the top but the bottom is still very soft. Do i hv to put in the oven longer?

      If that happens to mine, I turn them upside down and bake it for a few minutes more, until you have the right color.

    It looks excellent. I'll definitely try it. I wanted to point out, that the written recipe doesn't include the spray bottle of water nor the moist towels.
    It would also be helpful to know what types of towels those were that could handle the heat of the oven

      Don't really need towels IMO - just put enough hot water to steam the oven for the full bake.
