Very happy with my 100gph pump on my 6.5L turbo Chev Optimiser! Fuel pressure is set at around or running 7psi with the spring in it that Quadstar diesel recommended. Any ideas or thoughts to any other upgrades into the future? I'm also running a WIX inline filter before pump (is this needed) The main fuel filter I'm using is a Donaldson P581681...is there a better filter like your microglass that would work.... injection pump is a DB2 Stanadyne. Cheers fellas!
We are happy to hear that system is working well for your 6.5! As far as other upgrades go, we'd suggest anything that helps you, or fits your needs for the truck sir! Cheers, Timothy 🙏
We do apologize for that! With our systems the inline filter you are running won't be needed as the FASS will take care of the filtration for you. For other filters and options we have heard good things about the CAT filters, and Fleet guard. We have a list of compatible filters with our systems as well. fassride.com/products/filter-cross-reference-sheet/
I just ordered the high out heater disk , can I just take power from the already installed fass fuel system wires ?
Thank you for reaching out! Great question, and no you'll want to utilize the wiring harness that comes with the heater kit.

Can the heater be tied into the stock filter heater harness instead of running a new harness?
Great question, and we wouldn't suggest doing that. The heater kits will need to utilize their own wire harness with the amps they draw.
Besides ‘high power draw’, how many amps does the heater require when on?
Hey Saul, thank you for reaching out! The heater kit will require up to approximately 30 amps when on. The fuse is also a 35 amp fuse.
