You’re sitting too far from the steering wheel. At the top of the wheel, your arms are literally straight. You need more bend in your arms so you are more confident and precise on corner entry. You will easily shave time off your lap times. P.S. You would be hard-pressed to drive an entire race with your current seating position.
It shares the same clutch as the sport classic. We don't know the limits but how the car makes power, we don't see it being an issue. We'll continue our testing with it.

@@Flat6Motorsports thank you. I have a base Carerra btw. Also, as I am considering your stage 3 tune, is an upgraded inter cooler necessary? Would it help longevity of the motor or other components because of the additional heat generated? it seems as if they gave the base 992.2 a larger intercooler
👍 First-time viewer 😊 I noticed the drift out of the apex is tight and no push out during hard throttle after breaking. Im thinking that would be a nice setup to do... reccomend any shops that are competent? And I subscribed ☺️ Take care..
Considering the GTS is down over 200whp, has less mechanical grip and less suspension control relative to this car, we would agree. This car is far from a GTS!
Just a CSF intercooler. Water/oil temps are very similar to stock, no overheating. The turbos/exhaust help keep the oil temps down compared to the stock set-up.
@@Flat6Motorsports I’m considering the stage 3 for my base 992. Do I need to upgrade the inter coolers? I most likely won’t be tracking the car but maybe some spirited canyon drives.
I did a “ride-along” on this car earlier today and it was incredible! An amazing build by the team @ Flat 6 Motorsports 👏
We need more figures: lap times, draggy results and comparisons with stock versions...

Agree
video production is getting way better, nice job guys
Awesome! Saw the car in person the other night. Amazing machine.
Awesome video, thanks Jon!
Solid! Good work Jon!
Great video. Man I wish I could make it out on the 14th, but I’ll be out of town. I’ll be ordering exhaust setup soon from you guys :)
Wonder what the total package would cost compared to the cost of a GTS well optioned
I got my eyes on a 991.2 T or 992T in the future, hopefully I can get there, they seem like such gems
And now there’s a 992.2 T. Choices, choices.
The numeric shifter is so incredible, did on my 992 7 speed and it’s so much better. I need the m tuner 😅
GREAT VIDEO!
I have a ‘23 MANUAL GTS Coupe. What’s my cost to get my car to this level?? Thanks !
Wonder if a tuned Carrera T would be more fun than the hybrid GTS

Very nice!!!
Any concerns with damaging the clutch or transmission at these power levels?
Yes at what power level do we need a stronger clutch/transmission? Im considering a stage 3

Do the 911 manual transmissions hold that level of power well? I know the PDK can, but its a little difficult to find out about the manuals.
Yes, we've been testing under continuous track use, no issues at all.

Jon - can you get this platform setup for flex fuel (e85)? Thoughts on this vs a stock 992 Turbo S?
There isn't enough injector for e85. This is quite a bit quicker than a stock 992 Turbo S, pretty similar to a Stage 1 tuned Turbo S.
Awesome. Is this on the stock clutch?
@@ryanedison yes
i am going to have you duplicate that for me someday fairly soon here.
Clutch is stock?

Calling a Carrera GTS a manual GT2 RS is quite a stretch

This is the “old man’s” car. Anyone who desires their manual vs PDK is PURE archaic!!
Time to get with the times..
Haha !! what a ridiculous statement 😂😂
Nice car but would much rather have a gt3
I take it the cooling (coolant, not charge air) system is standard from the blog, any issues with all that extra heat?
