    Agreed, the 991.2 generation is a significant sweet spot in the range for many reasons.

    Nice video. I have a 2017, 991.2 and it is a great car.

    I wish I could add a quick 100whp to my 991.1 C2S without adding additional weight (i.e. supercharger) for $20k. That's the only thing that I lust after with the 991.2 is the tuneability.

    To me, the interior of the 991 is just a more refined 997 interior. More similarities than differences. Love the 991.2 generation of 911’s.

    What do you recommend for the exhaust of 997.2 turbo?

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  20 วันที่ผ่านมา

      We like the Kline, Fabspeed or Soul systems on the 997.2 Turbo.

    Are engines in base Carrera and GTS exactly the same?
    How reliable is such a build (600hp)?

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, they are the same/identical mechanically. It's essentially the power output of a tuned GTS with bolt-ons. Extremely reliable!

    I have a 991.2 4s which gives me 4wd and rear axil steering. I’m considering a full upgrade to engine and suspension. It’s a 2019 with only 7000 miles on it so lots of life left in it. I have been looking at buying up to a new 2024 turbo. But the market is a scam. All the dealers have is flipped cars that are marked up $50-100k over list. A total rip off. Only speculators get to order new builds so it’s buy abused used cars or don’t buy. This has turned me off on Porsche as a company and their dealers. So now I’m thinking- just put $50k in my car on upgrades or go buy another brand like Mercedes AMG GT 63s or a Ferrari Roma, etc. thoughts?

      Upgrade the car you have. If you go through flat 6 you won’t be disappointed.

      You can get 992 Turbo power with a Stage 3/Stage 4 build on your car.

      As someone currently shopping for a 991.2 turbo s, yeah the prices are quite inflated. But from what I've noticed, I'll place a car in my saved search and within a few days it's gone. So the demand for these 991.2's, even the highest turbo s version, are still selling. Crazy when you consider the .2's were from 2017-19, so even the newest ones are 6 years old now. Really hope I can get my hands on one. The 911 has been my dream car since I was a kid and I can finally afford one.

      I am actually in the market for my first Porsche, and have noticed the same. I am looking for a 991.2 C2S, and the amount of money these dealers are charging for these cars is ridiculous.

      Replying to me from 2 weeks ago. I now have a 991.2 turbo s in my garage. Great job buddy. Proud of you. You did good.
      To the rest of you looking, keep at it. I got lucky and found a listing early enough that the dealer hadn't even posted pictures yet. I was probably the first one that reached out to them about it. It had a single owner, no accidents, all annual service and maintenance records, under 8k miles, not a single blemish on the paint or leather. This thing was baby'd and it looks and smells brand new. You have to keep your eyes peeled and jump quickly when you find the one that checks all your boxes.

    Is this with 91 or 93 or E blend?
    Is the stock fuel system capable of this? Sorry, new to Porsche, I come from S58/B58 Bmws.

    • @Flat6Motorsports

      This is on 93 octane.

      @Flat6Motorsports Do you know if there is some kind of flex fuel sensor that can connect to thr ECU for E blends?
      I am about to get a 4S and would love to tune the car with you

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Camus-w8w no, it's possible to mix fuel but it's not practical for about 99.8% of folks.

    • @Camus-w8w
      @Camus-w8w หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Flat6Motorsports yeah, using a true flex fuel system would fix that, so you don't need to worry.
      Do you know what is the max E blend that the fuel system can handle? Maybe 30%?
      Thanks for the time btw

    • @Flat6Motorsports
      @Flat6Motorsports  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Camus-w8w The problem is there isn't a way for the tune to adapt, you'd need a standalone for that functionality. e30-e40 is the max generally. The injectors are the limiting factor and proprietary to Porsche. There aren't upgraded injectors available. Most guys will run meth for more power on the Porsche platform.
