7th December an ex British Airways 747 landed at Cotswold Airport (Kemble). Pilot executed a textbook short field landing in a 15kt crosswind. Impressive flying.
She's the queen of the sky. She should be full of people going on vacation. (NOT the Coronacation that we are on now) It's sad, like scrapping a classic car.
OMG it`s her last flight prior to being broken up which is so sad. I spoke to a guy that works here and he said its amazing when the pilots leave , you can sit in the cockpit of a perfectly serviceable plane with all the complex lights and instruments on but it will never fly again.
