Thankyou TopFelya! It was great to meet you today at last 😄 The flypast was incredible wasn't it 😍 Can't wait to see your video. Yeah we were lucky with the weather, the clouds made for a nice background you're right 😀 Cheers man!
Hi! I am so pleased you found this video, I was really hoping it would teach people like you 😀 Feel free to show your colleagues, I would love for them to see the amazing final sendoff here at Kemble. Thanks again! ☺️
This is a really poignant capture of this B747 final flight, the fly past was brilliant and a very nice sight of the crew waving the flag. Sad times with so many 747s being grounded. Great video Mraviaitonguy 👍👍
Hi bananamanuk, great to hear from you! 😆 Thankyou very much for your comment. It certainly was a fantastic way to send this old girl off to scrap, I applaud Corsair for giving these Jumbos a proper send off. The flag waving was a really special moment for sure and one I won't forget. 😌 It certainly is, they're becoming an increasingly rare sight every day now 😞 Thanks again! 👍
Hi Rudi! Thanks very much for your comment 😀 I know right, why can't all airlines do this when they are getting rid of their jets? 😂 Absolutely right, the Queen deserves nothing less! 😊 Thanks again Rudi, I appreciate your continuous support to the channel.
Thankyou Ian! 😄 Absolutely, wish they did something similar for every aircrafts last flight, maybe some will follow suit in the future 🙏😝 Thanks again for watching!
I totally agree with you, such a fantastic aircraft and livery, it's a real shame it had to leave Corsair for the scap. 🙁 Thankyou for watching again Yannis! 😆
Thankyou Edwin! 😀 There is often very little notice of inbound aircraft, best thing to do is join the Kemble Facebook group as if there is any information it would be on there. Cheers 😊
@Mraviationguy I'm 14 and live in Chelworth which is in the pattern for Kemble and as an avgeek enjoy seeing all the traffic big and small coming in. Can you tell me where you find out when these aircraft are coming in as I would really like to go to the airport and watch them land.
Hi, sounds like you live in a good location! 😀 I heard about this from an email subscription group but often there is very little notice of inbounds. Thanks for watching! 😀
Hi Simon, good question - I thought the general consensus was they were going to be scrapped, but you raise an interesting point. I would love to know if you get any more info! Thanks for watching! 😀
I flew on many 747s they are the plane that made me fall in love with flying. So many airlines are dumping the greatest airplane to ever fly commercial. May all airlines that dump these planes go bankrupt
The B747 the most beautiful plane ever produced to this day ...
Can't disagree with you there 👍😍 Thanks for watching!
B747 like a legend very beautiful plane.
Amazing low pass for the last landing and last flight thank you for this video
Thankyou for watching! 👍
So sad seeing this beauty land for the last time! Thanks for sharing!
Thankyou for watching the video! 😀 It certainly was a sad day.

Thanks for the video, sad moment in aviation history...
Certainly is. 😔 Thankyou very much for watching 😀
Wow so cool so sad that most 747 are gone
Thanks! It was a fantastic sight but like you say, also a very sad one. Thanks for watching 😊
Thats impressive and Cotswold Airport is one of the best places. Very flat runway and not too long taxis ways.
From a Corsair ground staff, thank you for this video, really appreciate knowing she was well welcomed in Kemble 😘

@@Mraviationguy you're welcome. You have some great content
@@DOMINICAAVIATION thankyou so much! 😄
always sad to see aircraft going to the graveyard, but the crew on this 747 did the Queen proud, Bon Voyage !! Merci Captaine
I agree with everything you said! 😌 Couldn't have put it better. Thanks for watching!
Dahm that was amazing! Fantastic stuff from Corsair! That’s a worthy send-off for the Queen! Brilliant low pass! Awesome video Archie!
Hi Rudi! Thanks very much for your comment 😀 I know right, why can't all airlines do this when they are getting rid of their jets? 😂 Absolutely right, the Queen deserves nothing less! 😊 Thanks again Rudi, I appreciate your continuous support to the channel.

Had the captions on and it said [music] while it landed! Couldn't be more accurate. Thanks for documenting the queen's last journey.
No way! 😮 That is amazing, even TH-cam knows she is the QOTS! 😃 Thankyou very much for watching and commenting.
God this is so sad , actually brought a tear to my eye
Absolutely fantastic to see!
Glad you liked it 😀 Thanks for watching.
Lovely touch with the flag
Yes I thought so too, very poignant. Thanks for watching! 😀
Excellent video thanks for posting👍 respect to the crews for the low fly by many would simply have just landed straight in👌
Thankyou Ian! 😄 Absolutely, wish they did something similar for every aircrafts last flight, maybe some will follow suit in the future 🙏😝 Thanks again for watching!
Merci pour cette vidéo ! Ciao Super Jumbo ...
Merci! 😀👍
Great video man!
Hey Jelmer! Thanks very much, glad you liked the video 😄
so sad to see this beauty in a scrap yard.thrilling video
I totally agree with you, such a fantastic aircraft and livery, it's a real shame it had to leave Corsair for the scap. 🙁 Thankyou for watching again Yannis! 😆
Fantastic Video!
Thankyou very much Mitch! 😄
Very sad seeing so many Queen of the Skies going to scrap! These aircrafts made history and airlines are dumping them as rubbish! 😖
I know, you hit the nail on the head there ☹️ It really is devastating. Thankyou for watching the video 😊
😢😡😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
wonderful footage in 4k. Is there any way we can know in advance if an airplane will be landing so we can go on that day and witness it. Thanks
Thankyou Edwin! 😀 There is often very little notice of inbound aircraft, best thing to do is join the Kemble Facebook group as if there is any information it would be on there. Cheers 😊
Caught it in Dublin last year, sad to see it go

That Corsair 747-400 looks mint! I suppose it is the fuel burn and maintenance cost's that end up with a perfectly flyable 747 being scrapped. 😭
Very sad to see. Still the most iconic aeroplane ever made.
Totally agree. Thanks for watching! 😊
F SHUN left kemble last week and id now in Bangor USA
Yes I saw that, definitely came as a surprise, but a welcome one, at least the bird got one last flight! Thanks for watching 😀
And now BA 747s are gonna be retired very soon :(
Whereabouts does the plane land in Kemble? Like through Kemble train station or on the other side
Yes I have heard that news too, very sad indeed! 😔 The airfield is just to the west of Kemble village. Thanks for watching!
@@Mraviationguy so Kemble village is by Kemble Station?
Are you sure these are being scrapped and not serviced? As some of these have had their engines re-installed.
Hi Simon, good question - I thought the general consensus was they were going to be scrapped, but you raise an interesting point. I would love to know if you get any more info! Thanks for watching! 😀
This is so beautiful and sad to watch :(
It really is isn't it 😕 Thankyou for watching 😀
Great video mate! Caught the last ever flight of the falcon today, video on my channel
Thankyou very much! 😄 Oh nice, I'll check it out man!
Thanks man!
Anytime! Nice shot, never got to see that frame myself 😩
Ah that’s unfortunate
@@planespottingringway yeah man, unless I fly to Spain 😂🇪🇸
No point leaving the fuel in the tanks
I flew on many 747s they are the plane that made me fall in love with flying. So many airlines are dumping the greatest airplane to ever fly commercial. May all airlines that dump these planes go bankrupt
In the reports the listed it as an aborted landing...i guess
