Why is one of the symptoms "isolation, anxiety or depression"? Is it just because people who suffer uner Growth Hormone Defiency dislike their body - or are there brain changes that cause this more likely to happen?

My Dr gave me 1.5 mg of glucagon for stimulation test, is that too much? Would that cause a false negative?
