      Whey protein and Casein protein are the major constituents of milk proteins. So basically your question boils down to, is it safe for me to consume a constituent of milk. So the answer is obviously YES! Just check out some video on how whey protein is made, you'll know.

    Everytime a fitness youtuber talks about protein intake in such videos, it depresses the shit out of me bc. As a vegetarian it is already hard enough for me to find protein and on top of that I can't buy protein powders because my parents think they're "steroids" and refuse to listen to me when I try to convince them of otherwise.

    I followed your keto diet, strictly.... and end up losing 16kg and counting for past 2 and half months.....
    did cut the sugar intake to zero... and zero calories....
    I didn't do any exercise though...

      Just follow his BB summer diet plan. He has given written diet plan. Just do what he says. Cut sugar completely cut carbs completely and workout . Don't miss gym . Be motivated. Think about future how you wanna look

    hey bro thanks for your experience on KETO diet.
    I was 104 kg (10/01/2017) when i decided to start my keto diet and with your help now I am around 94 kg (18/2/17).
    I have just started doing workout in GYM(15/02/17). Earlier i tried to go in a park and do some normal workout like jogging and stretching, etc.
    But now i have completed 5 week of my diet and i have more 7 weeks go and want to reach around 75-80 kg as my height is around 5.7 ft.
    I want some help for the workout and the diet to be followed for my rest of week.
    Please help...

    You emphasize so much on weight training for fat loss... You should make a video on High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT sometimes... Weight training is good but HIIT is the best way to loose fat... By the way you are doing a great job... Kudos to you.. keep going ☺️

    Hi beer biceps family, I have been working out since last 3 months N I was following the guruman fat loss program but I just could loose 2 kg. Bcoz of some issues I cant do keto diet so is there any other diet plan U can suggest me.     Who considers walking around a park as cardio! This is the problem.. walking is just a necessary activity irrespective of what you are trying to do .. stop counting everything as workout or burning calories.. the problem is ppl lack physical activity

    Hi Beerbiceps. Thank you for the amazing video. I was wondering if you could help me with my fat cutting plan, please?
    I went on a calorie deficiet diet as suggested by one of the gym buddies. But I cut down alot of calories right from the start (probably more than 700) and top of that I do weight training 3 times a week. Although my strength is gradually increasing, I am not seeing much difference in my belly fat. I have been gyming for almost 2 months now. So, at this point, shall I start over and have calorie deficiet of 200 calories or shall I just continue with what I am doing? I will really appreciate your response. Thank you.

    If you can't do cardio later/earlier in the day, do you recommend doing it before lifting or after? I am talking about ~2-2.5 mile run so it's medium-ish intensity. Also, this is during keto so will this really deplete muscle or just target fat deposits due to lack of glycogen?

    a quickie... in a scenario if a person has decent muscle volume and good amount of fat(ever bulk phase) where the fat weight accounts for maybe 5- 10 kg of the body weight. would the protein intake at that point be calculated based on ideal body weight? considering the 200 calorie deficit, can meals be arranged for a one day cheat if weekly average is maintained ?

    How do you deal with stretch marks?
    When I got fat I got a lot of stretch marks and when I started working out the amount of stretch marks increased.

      In order to not to get more stretch marks easily apply moisturiser and take omega 3s
      Still it is not possible to stop stretch marks

    200cal deficit/week isn't that too less? do you mean 200/day?? Because we just can't loose 0.5kg/week on a 200cal deficit/week. Correct me if i am wrong

      200/day every week. So you cut 200 calories daily in the first week. In the second week you cut another 200, so you cut 200+200 from your original in the second week. Example
      Week 1 - Daily average : 3000
      Week 2 - Daily average : 2800
      Week 3 - Daily average : 2600
