    I love these workouts especially the little hacks and various ways we can use this little machine. I would love to see more hacks for targeting the glutes and lower body!

    Received mine, have to it get together. This machine seems to do the entire body, even the upper here, hoping my not well body can slowly do it and get built up, so I don't deteriorate.

    What is the warranty on this? More in particular the resistance bands? It would seem the bands wouldn't last that long.

    Hi what level should I progress to when I feel I’m ready?

      You can add on more bands as you progress. There are 3 resistance bands, each adding 22 pounds of resistance. You can also add more time and more reps to your workouts - You can tailor our Row-N-Ride workouts by adjusting to your fitness level. Just remember to sit back with your hips to push your glutes back as you squat to focus more on the hamstrings and glutes.

      Any exercise you do can help with abs. It really comes down to how much and how long you're tightening your core while doing movements. If you can keep your abs/stomach tight and do an entire workout then you will have results from that being consistently done.
