Avoid Hilliard if you value space. They are building a high class shopping areas, but there's really only two super markets, police force is massively under staffed, and the cemetery road plan has been approved to level the homes and build 4 story apartment complexes. The roads are parking lots at 5pm.. and if you are really lucky they will fill huge pieces of properties to build huge data centers that employ 5 people if you are lucky.. Go to dublin, it's nearly the same price, but they have much better zoning laws..
