    Thank you so much for making this video. This is exactly what I was looking for to help me make temporary Christmas shirts for my family. I don’t work with vinyl so I’m wasn’t sure what’s doable and what’s not. I ordered a decal and your video laid everything out perfectly. You’re a gem!

    OMG YES!! This is exactly what I was thinking. I want to add 'Birthday Girl' on the front and a number on the back of an outfit but want to have the outfit to wear afterwards without that on it. So happy you shared this to confirm what I thought would work! ❤

    I love this idea... its like you can make the designs temperary but if u like it alot u can also make it permanent with the bleach metho. This is very kool. Thanks

    I'm making a shirt purely to hassle (in a friendly way) a TSA officer tomorrow and knew you could do this but I'm really nervous about it sticking more to the shirt than the transfer tape!

      You want it to stick more to the shirt than the transfer tape..so you can take the transfer tape off :)

    Love this idea - How do you remove it once you don’t need it anymore? Can you just peel it off without it leaving any residue or marks on the shirt? Can you use the print and cut design in the same way?

      Yes just peel it off. You could just use printable adhesive vinyl too, I guess.

      Peel it off! I wouldn't try to save the vinyl, no. But it's better than wasting a full tshirt!

      I've heard of people putting them through the wash and it lasting a few. I'd think it might be ok!

    Melissa you are right on time for my three color tee shirt using vinyl. do you put the registration marks on yourself on each sheet in your design?
    does each color have a separate sheet of transfer sheet?

    Hello, Thanks very nice, i was wondering if we dont wash the garment, can we still keep it as a souvernir ? or the vinyl will fall with time? asking thsi because i always do personalized shirts for my kids birthdays and like to keep them for them as souvenirs.

      Yes you can keep them and the vinyl should be ok as long as it's not washed. I would also try to avoid folding on the vinyl area or it may lift off the shirt.

      I have heat pressed faux leather, but I would test whatever material you're using in a small area first to see how it reacts to heat

      Hey there! This is a great method for temporary designs such as for holidays. I've read that some people wash them, but I haven't.

      If you want it to be permanent, use HTV. Using adhesive vinyl is a temporary solution

      If the vinyl doesn't release easily when you are trying to weed, increase the force setting to 14.

      Correct. Even though it is permanent vinyl, it is not creating a good enough seal on fabric to actually be permanent.

      It doesn't stay on in the wash - this is a VERY temporary solution where you don't want it to be permanent.

      This is meant for temporary designs, I would not wash.
