+jack page make it vegan friendly. strawberry jello in a vegan friendly variation either you find it somewhere ready to make or use strawberry puree/juice with agar or alginate. panna cotta (keep in mind the replacement changes the taste) with coconut milk, almond milk or similar, depending on the replacement adjust the sugar. and again with agar or alginate you can set it.
