If u add little schezwan sauce after boiling the noodles and then u fry the noodles then it will taste really like restaurants type or street type fried noodles.
Probably noodles r not properly fried . U may sprinkle little corn flour or maida on the noodles n fry right away. I wash the noodles in cold water after cooking n straining them n also pour some oil n let it dry for 30 min or more. Then add cf n fry. This is how make fried noodles for Chinese bhel n my results r AWESOME . Also fry little amount of noodles at a time. Hope this helps

yes. toss the dry noodles with corn flour, so they have a very light even coating. also will help them not stick to each other as much.

I think coating them in flour before frying would make them crunchier

you can make fried noodles with any type of dried noodles by first boiling them and frying them.
@@TarlaDalalsKitchen well, italian style noodles with a lot of egg in them do NOT work well for deep frying.
